Came in a hour in a half before their closing time to get a spray tan, I was told by the older lady at the front desk that she didn't have enough time. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere..

DO NOT take your son her to get any cut. I pointed out the obvious uneven hair, and I had to stop the lady from messing up my son’s hair even more. Now I asked if someone can cut guys hair and from dress lady stated the lady who cut my sons hair did. And all they took off was $5 of a $15 hair cut. Very pissed due to tomorrow is picture day. Clearly not straight at all.

Went in to get manicure and pedicure for my daughter, the receptionist did not greet us instead stayed sitting down no smile just bluntly stated “I don’t have anyone to do them, she does appointments only” no sorry no I can help you set an appointment NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not come where we aren’t welcome and it’s clear

Fatima was wonderful. It was my first time there. My hair had been neglected for a while, due to some family emergency things, and was in bad shape. She took it and whipped it back into shape! I'm so thankful and will definitely return!

Tim was my stylist. i asked for dark color with maroon highlights.i walked out with the same blonde highlights i came in with and i am very unsatisfied. charged 216$ to top it off. Never will i go back

Went in today for the first time in 10 years since moving from Jacksonville. J was my stylist. What a blessing! She listened and understood what I wanted and was able to fix the horrible cut I had gotten just a week ago. Thank you so much J, you are an angel! I wish I could see you regularly.

April cut both my hair and my son’s hair and I have to say, that NO ONE has ever been able to cut my teenage son’s hair the way he wanted it…..UNTIL April! She listened to him and I appreciate that. So we have a new stylist now!
