My daughter’s first school dance and she was just bummed, not wanting to go…until I called Cameron, last minute, for help with a French braid, Well, Wow! She braided and bedazzled my daughter’s hair in the prettiest updo! When she looked in the mirror her smile said it all! Cameron also did her very first highlights! Beautiful! Thank you! 😊

Cameron did the most amazing job on my hair. We tried some new highlights, balyage, and root touch-up. The vibe in the shop is warm and welcoming. Always coffee, and goodies too. It is a true diamond in local Morningside!!!!

Have been going there for years. Rose, Ellen, and other staff always friendly, genuine, helpful...and, oh yeah, fairly priced🙂. I never have to feel intimidated or put off because of overemphasis on trendy fashion or glamour - which I did experience at numerous other hair places in the past.

I have been going to Shear Sensation for over 20 years and Rose has always been fantastic. She is a wizard with color and master at making my hair look like its natural. She has been doing my kids hair since they were little and now are teenagers. Wonderful place to go for all your hair needs.

I have been getting my hair cut and styled with Rose and Shear Sensations for over 20 years… my son who is 15 now has been doing so for 8 years. Rose is fantastic. Talented Hair stylist, great giver of life advice and she spans the generations of “coolness” in men’s hairstyles. Shear Sensations is the place to go!

I had a fantastic experience at the salon today. Dave did my hair and he was more than Kind while being very professional. The whole experience went so fast I couldn’t believe it. And if you are a little sensitive about having your eyebrows done, he really is a master. I think the thing that impressed me the most was everybody really worked as a team and presented such a relaxed but awesome environment. I’ve never been one for physical self care, but I think that’s about to change. As I get told all the time in my line of work music is therapy, but I learned today so is self care. There's a lot to tell. First, the staff at this salon is very friendly, warm and welcoming. They are responsive to your beauty needs. They offer both hair, brow and nail services. Rose is of the best colorist around! She listens to her clients and does wonders. Her staff is respectful to the young and not so young. Very capable and professional staff. Love this staff and shop. The salon is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Very friendly people, relaxed atmosphere. Raequel listened to what I wanted and always does a great job despite the difficulties of my coarse gray hair and stubborn cowlick. Also reasonably priced.

I had great hopes of getting my eyebrows done and Raequel (spelled wrong ) did the worst job EVER!!! I explained to her how I wanted them and she should of said she doesn't know what she is doing! I explained to her that messing up a womans eyebrows is like messing up a mans hairline. She did not have a clue!! I went to another salon afterwards hoping they could fix them and they said she messed them up so bad there was nothing they could do until they grow some! Meanwhile I had let them grow so they would be perfect and she distroyed them! I am BEYOND angry!TRUST ME DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE HERE !
