What a great experience!!! I had a bad haircut at a different hair salon and Rachel made my hair look so amazing! She is very attentive, she's knowledgeable, skilled, and a lovely person to chat with while you're in the chair. I highly recommend her services!

I am so grateful to have come across Rachel. She literally answered her phone the 1st time I called (was expecting to leave a message), which was 7pm on a Wednesday. I was so happy to learn she worked on ALL types of hair. The customer service I have received alone is worth every penny! Rachel is amazing at what she does, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I am in love with my extensions. Shear Sugar Salon is the place to go! Booking an appointment with Rachel is super easy, and she accomodates weekend appointments. Rachel is the go-to stylist for tape-in, sew in, itip, keratin tip extensions and custom color in Dallas! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!! ❤

Rachel is really good at what she does and super enthusiastic about her craft. She's also really flexible with the scheduling and was able to work around my schedule. I love my balayage and will be coming back.

She was also such a nice & lovely person during my appointment Also, she was very honest and ethical, and is a one of a kind.!! I’m so happy to have found Rachel and found my next new stylist. It’s always nerve wracking to try out a new hairstylist, but Rachel was kind, thoughtful, and genuine. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything she was doing throughout my cut and color, and was infectiously passionate about her work. I left feeling refreshed and elevated! Rachel was awesome! I went in for a trim and left with my hair feeling and looking healthy! I have been trying to grow my hair out and Rachel made sure she didn’t take any of my length. She also gave me some great tips for hair growth and which products are best to meet my hair goals! 10/10 recommend!

If you’ve been thinking about getting a fuller head of hair, Rachel is waiting to help you achieve that goal! Or if you want fullness and length, she is also waiting to please you!! I’m thrilled with the hair, the color perfectly blended with my previously highlighted blonde hair. It feels comfortable and looks better than I could’ve imagined!!! Rachel did my hair about 2 months ago and I kept forgetting to post a review due to the holidays and going to a wedding right after she did it. Let me just say, she completely changed the way I look and made me feel so beautiful. It's been over a year since I got my hair cut and colored, and her ability to make me feel so comfortable in the chair while also giving me beautiful healthy hair again makes me 1000% want to go to her again soon. Rachel was amazing! She is the first to touch my hair since moving to Dallas and I could not be happier. I trusted her with a big chop/transformation and there is no disappointment here. Wowwwww I’m in love love love ahhh I can’t stop touching my hair! So soft ! The blowout and extensions work she did is not comparable! Drove from Kessler park and will be in for bi weekly blow out! Absolute expert in all extension. She educated me on my ktips and handled them with so much care and attention. She also gave me so many tips to keep them healthy. I’m in love! Thank you girl! Rachel is a QUEEN at her craft! As a girlie with extensions, she not only gave me a dreamy shampoo but she styled them exactly how I like! Her personality is so easy to vibe with and she knows her stuff when it comes to extensions. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to her and will be back myself :)

Rachel is a hidden treasure! I stumbled upon her when my longtime stylist was on leave. (I was in hair crisis mode) You will thank me later for urging you to go to her for any and everything. Her salon is so clean, stocked with snacks and drinks and super convenient. Her hours are amazing, she's there when you need her to be. So happy I found her, she's my new go to.

Rachel is fabulous and hands down the best stylist I’ve ever met! It was a privilege and so refreshing to get to sit in her chair and hear how passionate she is about life and what she does. Her vision and personality is well above 5 stars. My hair has never looked or felt this great! i came in with terrible damaged boxes dyed hair and showed rachel pictures of what i wanted and she did that and more. absolute obsessed with my hair. she’s a very good therapist if you need someone to talk to as well, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💗
