Absolutely 100 percent satisfied with the services I received from Rosa at shear talent! She is a magician! I always have a hard time finding someone that can give me what I want in a haircut. She gave some great suggestions and also put her spin on everything I had asked for. The result was amazing! I definitely will be returning In The future! If you are looking for a stylist that is energetic, knowledgable, experienced and has a great personality. Rosa at shear talent is a “cut” above the rest!

Hands down!!! Rosa is the best hair stylist. My Asian hair is very difficult to cut, but Rosa always make it looks smooth like silk. If you want to look sharp or fly, you have to come see ROSA.

I absolutely love getting my hair styled by Rosa at Shear Talent Salon. She’s always conducts herself as a consummate professional, and makes great recommendations when I’m looking to update my hairstyle. As a middle aged father and husband, I’ve been getting my hair cut for many decades, and Rosa is far and away the best stylist I’ve ever used. I highly recommend her services.

I have really long hair and it's been hard to find a hair stylist that can give me a professional cut while keeping the length in my hair. I was going to barbershops before but they just left my hair too boxy. I've been seeing Rosa at Shear Talent for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with my style. I'm a customer for life

Rosa gives you a clean cut every time. She has definite attention to detail and always aims to please. But what keeps me coming back for more is her laid back, easy to laugh sensibility. She makes the time with her fly by. I wouldn't trade her for anything.

Best cut and color in town. Worth every dime!! My hair is normally completely silver/grey. Im 55 years old. I personally like the color of my youth.Rosa is amazing and her work is too!!! Highly recommend her!!!

Rosa, the current sole proprietor & employee of Shear Talent Salon, is a fantastically talented hairdresser capable of conforming to many modern hairstyles sought after by men and women both professional and casual alike, but that does entirely not describe why me and many of her customers continue going back to her & write such kindhearted reviews about her services. Rosa understands that her skill and ability are only followed by one's capability to create a comfortable atmosphere for her clients, whether that person enjoys a talkative hairdresser or one who keeps to themselves, which is often a gripe many people have when finding a good hairdresser. Simply put, Rosa has the ability to draw people in, and creates an atmosphere to keep people coming back.

TL;DR: Rosa at Shear Talent Salon is hands down the BEST men’s hair stylist in all of Arizona. Let me tell you why. I moved here from Los Angeles in 2019 where I had found someone who cut my hair PERFECTLY. I was so nervous when I moved out to Arizona that I wouldn’t find someone as good as my girl in LA. When I found Rosa at her first salon, I knew I found the one! She is personable, careful, extremely talented and all around the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. Naturally, I followed her here when she decided to start her own salon. You WILL NOT regret going to Rosa.
