Terrible Experience at Shear Tan Hair & Nails Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Shear Tan Hair & Nails, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the entire visit left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting me or addressing my needs. They were unfriendly, unprofessional, and showed a total lack of knowledge and expertise. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine care for the customer experience. Secondly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The salon appeared dirty and neglected, with dust and grime visible in various corners. The equipment used during my treatment seemed outdated and unsanitary. I was concerned about the lack of proper sterilization procedures, which is absolutely unacceptable in a salon environment. Furthermore, the quality of the services provided was extremely poor. I went in for a haircut, and the stylist seemed clueless and inexperienced. They didn't listen to my requests and ended up giving me a haircut that looked nothing like what I wanted. The end result was uneven and sloppy, making me regret ever stepping foot in this establishment. In addition to the disappointing haircut, the nail services were equally disappointing. The manicurist lacked precision and attention to detail. My nails were left with rough edges and smudged polish, which showed a lack of care and professionalism. To make matters worse, the prices at Shear Tan Hair & Nails were exorbitant for the low-quality services provided. I felt like I was being ripped off, paying a premium for subpar treatments and a dismal experience. Overall, my visit to Shear Tan Hair & Nails was a complete waste of time and money. I left the salon feeling frustrated, unsatisfied, and unhappy with the results. I strongly advise anyone considering this establishment to look elsewhere for their hair and nail needs. There are numerous other salons in the area that offer superior services, value for money, and a more pleasant customer experience.

I get my hair cut here on a regular basis for over 15 years. It's easy to get an appointment. Cost for haircuts are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
