I've been going to Kim for a couple of years because she is very, very low price, in part because she takes cash ONLY. Is she nice? Well, she comes on that way, but in reality, she wants to be a preacher. She has no boundaries. She pushes her religious views as if on a priest's pulpit. I finally had enough! I will now pay the going rate at a non- denomination hair salon. Her hair styling skills match her prices, so if you want to hear a sermon, go to your local choice of religious denomination and get your hair done at a "hair salon"

I walk in for my scheduled apt and she says how can I help you with a confused look on her face. I said I'm here for my 5 apt. She said you're gonna have to cancel I'm behind. Completely unprofessional. A courtesy phone call inadvance would do especially when you know you're behind. Most business people want a courtesy cancel so the respect should go both ways. Also the fact that you forgot about my schedule apt speaks volumes to me. You wasted my time and gas money.

New to the area and my daughter in law called to make me an appointment and there was a cancellation so Kim fit me in. She did an amazing job styling it for humidity. I relocated from the desert and my hair was unmanageable but not any longer, Kim gave me a fresh and stylish cut that brightened up my face and will work with humidity. Thank you Kim for your warm and inviting atmosphere filled with hope and encouragement along with an amazing haircut!

This place is AMAZING!!!!! I originally had an appt elsewhere on 6/18 but the girl canceled on me, within a few hours of the appt. I called Shears for Sheep and she got me in within the hour! I was begging for a haircut, considering it had been 4 months since my last one due to Covid-19. She did an amazing job, I have gotten nothing but compliment after compliment of how well my hair cut looks. So I went back on 6/23 for highlights (I did not have time enough on 6/18 for all to be done. No problem for me to make a second visit. I enjoyed every bit of time spent with Kim. She truly is a blessing from God. Very Christian). So now with my highlights done I am getting even more compliments. She did amazing once again! I will definitely be going back and recommending her to everyone! Excellent prices as well!

I have had my hair cut and colored twice and I just took my 19 month old son in for his first hair cut. Always a great experience. The prices are fair and affordable. If you're looking for kind service with an atmosphere that feels like home then this is the place. No more corporate salons for me.

I just moved to Jacksonville and Im looking for a good hair salon to get a hair cut. I havent cut my hair in so long due to a bad experience in the past and dont really like anyone touching my hair. Asked around for some recommendations and was told about Shears for Sheep. The lady was very very kind, she got me in right away. Took her time to get my hair the way i wanted and also gave me tips on how to keep it healthy. I will be going back for my next haircut.
