I had an hour full body massage. Asked specifically for a knot in my right shoulder, neck/shoulders, lower back, and my feet to be focused on the majority of the time. She agreed, and I showed her where the knot was. She spent a lot of time on the wrong shoulder, but I didn't say aything because its so hard to keep track of time I had no idea if she was still going to get to it or if maybe she was just being careful. Then my feet. She literally just wrapped them in a hot towel and pulled my toes. My feet are not dirty or stinky so I assumed she was trying to softem them prior to massaging them. But she never went back. After I asked her why, and she stated they don't really massage feet, but they do a foot bath that includes more rubbing. I paid for a full body massage, I articulated i wanted my feet to be focused on, and she agreed. I'm very disappointed. When asked about the back, she just said she got the sides mixed up, and I get that, but to not provide the service they stated you would receive.... leaves you feeling jipped. I still gave them a 3 star rating because the pressure was good, the oils were lovely, and the rest felt good.

Treated myself to a birthday massage/facial. Went here based on reviews and price and lemme tell ya: Worth. Every. Penny. Stephanie was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable during the massage and am absolutely glowing after the facial. Will definitely be returning!

this is my favorite spa in fresno! the products used are high quality, the environment is perfect, + the masseurs are awesome! my sister-in-law had a pregnancy massage here + still talks about how great it was.

Best massage in the valley! My wife and I have done couples massages through california over the years while on vacations or getaways and this is by far the best place we have been to. The treatment here is wonderful! I couldn't make a high enough recommendation for these folks!

Just had a very relaxing facial. All the product used was explained to me as it was used and I was asked how my skin was feeling throughout facial. I did end up purchasing product after appointment but felt no pressure from the staff to do so. Will visit again.

My husband scheduled me for a prenatal massage here with Linda Oct 25. Linda was awesome. My stiff neck and shoulders were gone after I was done. The bed, covers and pillows were super comfortable also. I’m definitely gonna do another session a longer one, before I’m due early December. Would highly recommend to friends and family as well.

Had a 60 min massage and didnt want to leave. My body needed this more than I realized. Pure heaven. Great atmosphere, beautifully scented essential oils, and relaxing music. It was just what the Doctor ordered. I would highly recommend. Jenervera is awesome!

Love this place for the prenatal massage Parking kinda sucks so come early. Very relaxing environment and they treat you well, use essential oils that smell AMAZING(which they dont charge extra for like some other places do). I'm 95% sure the bad reviews here are either fake or the person made a mistake and reviewed the wrong business(they dont do manicures here)
