Michelle listened to my past problems with hair dressers and she gave my step by step instructions on how to take care of my hair and also recommended and showed me different styles I might like. She was honest and professional. She made sure I got the right quality product and let me know the price of everything up front. I will be returning. Thank you Michelle my hair looks and feels amazing

Ms Michelle is one of The Best salon and hairstylist in Kansas City Missouri area I have never had any problems in not getting what I asked for. hairstyle is always on point very professional very sweet and kind hearted. I would definitely recommend her hair salon.

This was a very disappointing experience. I am posting this in hope that Michelle will improve her customer service and work ethic. I was scheduled to do box braids. I live out of town. I had to drive an hour to get there. She asked me if I could get off early to get started early since she had a standing 4 pm appointment. I arrived at 2pm which she agreed this would be good. The idea was we would get 2 hours of braiding in. She would attend to her 4pm. I could wait about an hour and restart when she was done. When I got there she was doing an emergency appointment that last until 3pm. Then she cleaned, talked on her earbuds, walked around for a while... Then she started to braid. Complained about the brand of hair I bought. Recommended a sew in because braids were a plain hairstyle... Ripping the comb through my hair while she was parting it. Sneezing, blowing her nose and not changing her gloves while she was braiding my hair. Then she was hungry. So we stopped after 4 braids... I went to family dollar to get her some claritin and a sprite. Came back it took her another 30 minutes to eat, talk on her ear buds.... Then she got 5 more braids in... Her 4pm showed up. He looked a little irritated having to wait... Then another lady showed up. Now she wants to have me wait some more to fit in the lady that just arrived. I finally got discouraged and upset because after 3 hours of waiting I only had 9 braids in. I had to drive an hour back home and be at work this morning. I did not feel like we were getting anywhere. I thought when you schedule braids, you braid until they are done not do 50 other things and make your customer wait while you bounce around doing other things. She was nice and I felt she had a good spirit but poor work ethic and unorganized. Good Luck. Whatever your response will be I will not see it. I will not be back, I will not recommend anyone there either..

Very good salon!! I'm always very satisfied. She's so sweet and always prepared. She always gets my hair done good and a great amount of time! Get your hair done here i highly recommend.

My first time there. I got wash, deep condition, and starter locs. Keyetta made me forget I was tenderheaded. So far so good. Will definitely go back for my wash and retwist. Worth the drive.
