What a sweet woman, Sherryl. She gave me the beautiful layered haircut I asked for. I also got a shampooing done for the first time and it was relaxing. She explains what she is doing as the service is going on which I appreciate. Thank you for servicing my very long hair.

I came to Sherryl looking for a great alternative to salons that typically overcharge for a simple haircut. I called the shop, and we made a plan to meet there at a specific time. I gave, in hindsight, very vague instructions/description of the cut I was looking for, and Sherryl ran with it. She worked quickly and adeptly — at first I was a little nervous because of how much hair I was seeing on the floor, but once she was done and I got home to style it as I normally would, I was very pleased with the outcome. This is a great place to get a solid haircut done by a very sweet and good-natured woman. Highly recommended!

I have to say this was the best cut I’ve had in 4 years!!! I used to cut my hair after having bad experiences at other spots and safe to say I’ll never do it again!!! Sherryl was phenomenal and did exactly as I asked in a quick and cheap way! I called at 1:00 on Tuesday and she had availability at 2:00 the same day so of course I had to take it! Only 33$ for a brilliant cut and only took about 45 to chop it all off!! Safe to say they this spot is the best if you’re looking in south Austin for a welcoming, friendly, clean, efficient, and perfect cut.

Sherryl did exactly what I asked! She communicates with you what she’s doing throughout the process of cutting your hair. She’s really good at explaining, and really listens to what you want to achieve with your hair. I wanted to keep my length and she explained how we would make that work (my hair was uneven and I would need to come in for trims in order to keep my length and even it out), so I decided to chop off the unevenness. I asked for shorter bangs, evened hair throughout my layers. She did an amazing job! She’s a one woman show, so please be patient if you come in as a walk in customer. FYI this establishment is currently taking cash or check, no cards/mobile payments.

Sherryl cuts hair with professional ease. She has that amazing ability to envision a person with the cut that will make them look good. This was my second time in Sherryl's salon. You can see from the pictures why I decided to have Sherryl cut my hair again. She is very good and has more than fair prices.

Sherryl was kind and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing! She explained well to me what to expect when I changed my hair style and had good communication and gave me photo examples before doing anything with my hair. She also was very easy to talk to and had good energy. I loved the results of what I asked for. I'm only in Austin for the week but if she lived in my hometown I'd love to visit her on a regular basis!

Not only was Sherryl a delight to talk to and a lovely soul but she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had (and it was a dry haircut!) and really never like my haircut. Her prices are beyond fair! 100% would recommend and return.

Sherryl is the bomb!!! I took a friend of mine to her because she wanted a set, with curlers and Sherryl said she could do that!!! Sherryl made the lady so throughly happy with a poofy bob. My client was over the moon, Sherryl delivered!!!! Thank you, thank you. I am certain she, my friend, will return as she wants some rainbow colours next go round...her dtr. in law will be there, as will I.
