Absolutely horrible experience! I went to this place to have my gel nails removed, and they left my nails bleeding and in pain. The staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing, and the lack of care was shocking. To make things worse, the manager was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in a business. They completely lack professionalism, and the service is beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even as a last resort. Stay far away!!! - Una experiencia absolutamente horrible! Fui a este lugar para que me retiraran el gel de las uñas, y me dejaron las uñas sangrando y adoloridas. El personal claramente no sabe lo que hace, y la falta de cuidado fue impactante. Para colmo, la “manger” es increíblemente grosera y tuvo la peor actitud que he visto en un negocio. Les falta completamente profesionalismo, y el servicio es inaceptable. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie, ni siquiera como última opción.

Called for a same day appointment and was very happy when they had a spot open. The minute I arrived, I was offered a water, tea, coffee. I did a protein hair treatment, wash and blow dry! I felt like I had been going there for years, they treated me like family! ❤️

The hairstyling service was great! The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice on what would suit me best. The precision, care, and creativity were evident in every step, and the final result exceeded my expectations—I left with a gorgeous hairstyle that I absolutely love. I also decided to get a manicure, and I’m so glad I did. The nail technician was meticulous, ensuring my nails looked flawless. The attention to detail and quality of products used were outstanding, and the final look was elegant and polished.

El trabajo de la manicurista principal excelente, pero la encargada me hizo cobro de acrílico $70 + color de manos $25 + $10 es decir pague por un acricilo de manos $105USD el robo es evidente.

I had a haircut and Doris gave me free treatment and saved my hair 💕 salon is so nice and comfortable. I also did my nails and it’s perfect. Special mention to Doris for being knowledgeable and accommodating.

Amazing service, had a gel manicure and pedicure here and the service provider was meticulous. Left feeling totally refreshed, and the owner was so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure. I came in for a walk in pedicure and I got the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and paid such close attention to detail. The manager was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Next time I am in Miami, I will definitely be back.

Doris is brilliant. I’m so happy with the results. She was very kind and knowledgeable even double maybe even triple checked to ensure I left with the color I wanted. Just so amazing. I can’t say enough how pleased I am! Also got an amazing pedicure with a lovely lady whose name I didn’t get, but wonderful results as well. Everyone is very sweet.

This was my first time here, I was a drive by but im definable coming back, they were gracious to fit me in last minute. They gave me the express route touch up treatment, it worked amazingly, i had never had such a fast root retoush. Thank you Doris! You guys were great. See you soon!

Absolutely love my pixie cut. The team was very attentive and had vibrant personalities. I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I entered the door. I recommend this salon to people of all ages. Also, their complimentary coffee is delicious!
