Every time I get a compliment on how much better my skin looks, such as today, I’m reminded of how grateful I am that I met Jen this year. I unfortunately still have acne at age 30, but with Jen’s care it has been improving so much. She takes a very thoughtful and custom approach, and recommends products across all price ranges including some you just grab from Amazon. She is a very caring professional and SO knowledgeable about skin. Not only have I benefited from her work but I have also learned so much. Thank you Jen!

I hadn’t had a facial in years due to a skin allergy. Jen meticulously inspected all of her products ahead of time to ensure I wouldn’t have a reaction. She took care of my very-in-need skin and gave me realistic tips on how to take care of my skin going forward. Plus her space is so cute and easy to get to and park. I will definitely be back to see her and would recommend her strongly!

Jen is incredible at what she does. I always go for a facial and brows. She’s the first esthetician that pointed out why my brows look so thin and what we need to do to make them look more full. After 8 years of her doing my brows they are thriving! And she’s very well versed in skin care. During a facial she’s looking at it all, including in and behind my ears. I am so lucky to have found her years ago and my skin is the best it’s ever looked. Thanks Jen!

So, like many of us, I was a bit hesitant to having anything new applied to my face. However, I have to say, this was my second time with Jenn at Shine and not only do Ioooove the results, but also the space and her personality and skill level would lull a baby chimp into a state of ease and bliss. Had a great facial. It was relaxing and comfortable. Clean and cozy. It was my first visit so we focused on one thing. Jen was informative and gave great recommendations. I've been looking for a place to help keep my skin looking as youthful as possible and it looks like I have found the right place. I recommend you give Shine Skincare Studio a try.

Jen is amazing! I've been seeing her about monthly for almost 2 years and everything she does is personalized to my skin. (Not true of the super pricey places *ahem SkinSpirit ahem* I've been to in the past, where they give everyone the same treatment and upsell you regardless of what you really need.) My skin is getting so much nicer and I love that Jen educates me/advises me on my routine at home. I also love that I can get a personalized facial and my brows/lip waxed at the same place vs. having to go somewhere separate for waxing. Oh and her space is adorable and a really cozy, quiet setup. You'll love her.

Jen is awesome! She gives great facials and does amazing brows. She has a lot of experience and it shows. Do what she tells you! Jen knows her stuff. I have incredibly sensitive skin and am scared to do a lot to it; Jen will GO IN and my skin looks great! I trust her. Good parking too!! Her studio has the beginning of summer vibes that you would get toward the end of the school year too.

Seriously one of the best wax spots I've ever found (and I used to live in Brazil!) I've been getting waxed for almost 30 years and Jen might be my favorite estheticians I've found. She is knowledgeable and takes pride in selecting the right products, including investing in the high quality waxes, which make a big difference! She is quick efficient and also straightup. Plus her booking process is online and easy, as is parking. Highly recommend.

I’ve been traveling to Austin for business for the last 15 yrs. I met Jen when she worked at a well known spa downtown. Living in CA I have a plethora of options there but I won’t let anyone else touch my skin. Her intuitive touch and authentic approach is what we all need. I followed Jen from her previous workplace and have been honored to watch her own her own business and create a space that reflects her. Jen Miller is a goddess. Environment: The Shine studio is so clean and relaxing (9 times out of 10 I fall asleep on her table). Convenient location and Parking is super easy. Facial: Jen has changed skin. She customized the facials to what you skin needs. She always does a great job at cleaning out and cleansing ALL of the pores on my face (even in my ears). When I leave Jen’s my face is always glowing. Professionalism: Jen is the owner of Shine and is always professional. She also respects my wishes of whether I want to chat during my services or if I want to be silent. I’m not a fan of small talk when I get services done and when I was referred to Jen, it was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I see Jen for monthly facials and lash fills. She is the only person I let touch my face as I don’t trust other estheticians. 10/10 place!
