I had an absolutely wonderful appointment at this head spa. The space is soothing and scrupulously clean. The owner (at reception) is super polite. The technician was absolutely lovely and did an incredible job. I honestly was so relaxed I had to stop myself from falling asleep. My scalp feels pristine and moisturized, they give you water and an adorable snack during the blow dry. 10/10, will try to go back monthly. Highly recommend!

I booked the premium head spa package for $148 as a birthday treat, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The appointment started with a quick camera scan of my scalp, but there was no personalized scalp analysis as promised in the description. Instead of focusing on the head spa, the majority of the time (about 1 hour and 15 minutes of the 1.5-hour session) was spent on a massaging my back and legs. If I wanted a massage, I would have booked one separately—I came for a head spa experience. The room was uncomfortably cold throughout, and despite trying to communicate this multiple times, the language barrier made it difficult to address. During the scalp treatment, I noticed the products being used were low-grade and not what was advertised, which was disappointing as a hairstylist who understands product quality. My scalp wasn’t exfoliated nor hydrated. No special message Just shampooed and deep conditioned with a low tier conditioner. If you promote using Keratase ( a luxury brand) then you need to do so. Not just the serum on the ends of the hair to finish off a “blow dry”. Especially considering the price point. Lastly, the “blow dry” was barely that and didn’t meet the basic standards of being completely dry. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone expecting the premium head spa service they advertise.

Amazing experience. Not only an intense series of hair treatments, but a body massage too (pick the platinum!). It was 90 minutes of pure bliss. It ended with my hair being gently dried while I was provided with a box of snacks and water. I highly recommend Shoudao!!

I’m speechless. This place is unbelievable from the first step in until walking out. It was like the masseuse knew exactly what my body needed. Angela was so kind and thoughtful. I was having a really bad day and her energy and care made it better. They care for you in such a hospitable way. They provide water and even snacks while they blow dry you hair. They give an unbelievably good deal for everything you get. 100% will go back again. Great gift for anyone you know. My only feedback is that there should be an option to add a facial, because I totally would have done that too!!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our scalp treatments. The technicians were amazing and the entire experience was so relaxing. Our scalps felt invigorated and our hair was very soft after our treatments. The treatments included scalp, neck, shoulder and arm massages; 10/10 would recommend!

Such a great experience. I’m usually not super into massages, but this scalp massage was heavenly. I fell asleep at one point lol! And the neck and arm massage was great too. It felt so good. Very clean space and great quality equipment and products. They even give you yummy snacks while they blow dry your hair. 10/10 would do again.

This was one of the best spa days I’ve done! Had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time. It was very clean, used nice products, and everyone was so nice. My hair feels much healthier and looks so shiny, and the neck/shoulder massage was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here as soon as I can!

I suspected some of these online reviews are fake because the wording is almost identical. After the service, I think it might be true. The service was mediocre. It was primarily a long shampoo. The premium is $148 pp and the experience was worse than a standard chinese foot massage place. Sure, they showed me a photo of my hair, but the person did not speak English, so no explanation on my hair health nor what was needed, nor if what they did helped. 7 min max massage, none on the feet, even very little on my head. Didn't even properly dry my hair. Absolutely not worth the money. Try elsewhere.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I purchased Platinum sessions for my sister and I as a Christmas present. We arrived significantly early (30 mins) on accident but it wasn’t an issue, we were seated in the front with a yummy snack box and offered water or coffee. Even though we were early we waited only 10 mins to be brought to our room. The decorations were beautiful - wispy drapes, comforting, warm twinkly lights, all nice and tidy. The sounds help set a relaxing mood too - I believe it was a gentle rainstorm track, which I prefer to music. We were given a robe and slippers and put our clothes in a bin and jewelry on a dish. Our masseuses entered the room once we were ready, briefly showed us the products they’d be using (including Olaplex!) and covered each of us with a warm blanket and a warm eye mask. I won’t spoil the rest, but please believe me when I say it was the most relaxing and restorative head spa experience I’ve had! It was so pampering and felt so good. There were also so many pleasant scents. Our treatment also included an amazing neck, shoulder, arm and calf massage (while the hair mask did its thing). The final step of the treatment was a dry hair oil applied twice - first with a massage, and a second time after being escorted to a room where our hair would be dried. The second time they applied it using an airbrush which felt really nice. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and we cannot wait to go back. I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable for the level of service provided.

It was my first time to go a head spa, so I was excited.. I have to tell you it was an amazing experience.. The staff was super friendly, and the guy who gave me the hydration basic treatment was professional. It was so relaxing and special I enjoyed every moment.. the place was clean and the vibe well I liked that as well.. Definitely going back!!Five stars goes for this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
