Bindu is my favorite. These ladies are like kitty soft paws they don’t make me cry when I get threading done. 10 stars I fully recommend. And now I’m in love with their facials! Really try them out! I’ve been following them since they were at HEB.

I have been coming to this place since it opened last year two times a month every month and I have had nothing but exceptional service from Lily . She is amazing and kind and does my eyebrows and eyelashes beautifully every time I go. I couldn’t ask for a better person and they are very lucky to have her because she is so talented now the last two times that I have went unfortunately she was off and I needed service. The other lady that works there. Her name is Bindu Refuses to do my eyelashes because she says that only Lily can do them and then she told the other lady do them and they looked horrible. One was up and one was down. I asked them to fix it and they still sent me away like that. I have spent so much money and time at this particular location to be treated like that and told to come back when she was there instead of them helping me it’s very unprofessional. Also for her to make the comment if I am mad that’s my problem is super disrespectful

We came in today because eyebrow threading services are no longer available in our HEB. I was so happy to see Bindu and Shree who previously worked in the HEB doing eyebrow threading. These two ladies are awesome and provide excellent customer service and are amazing at eyebrow threading. While we were waiting Bindu was so professional and handled with grace an upset lady who complained about her henna tattoo. The lady was upset but I think it's because she didn't realize henna tattoos depending on what design you get are usually small. The more the design covers the area the higher the cost is. Additionally, the angry lady kept saying she is a "grown adult" which I thought was a little odd. Overall my experience was awesome.
