I went here for threading and had a terrible experience. For background, I have been getting threading done for 15+ years (I am Indian) and this is the worst I have ever had - worse than the $4 threading widely available in most cities. The lady doing the threading was rushing so fast and when she gave me the mirror to check, she had cut me all over my lip and I was bleeding a lot. She then tried to blame it on me having sensitive skin - I don’t, and have never bled from threading every two weeks of my life. Will never come back and highly recommend no one to go here for threading.

I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded before. Decided to give them a try. Perfectly shaped them and dyed them with henna to make them look darker. Priyanka and Jagruti both did an amazing job!

5/5 - Eyebrow threading and henna tint service with, Jagruti 5/5 - Meticulous work 5/5 - The results exceeded my expectations 5-5 - Prices are affordable 5-5 - Salon smells and looks clean I requested for my eyebrows to be threaded and to be as symmetrical as possible and with a henna tint that was not bold (not black). The tint was a medium brown with full color effect (not ombré) and I am delighted! My brows had never been this great!

I came in for a full face threading here because of the positive reviews and the person I usually go to was out of town (someone who has never cut my face before). I asked one of the girls how long it would take to get done because I needed to get to work after. Priyanka did my threading and assured me it wouldn't take long. She was very friendly during the threading, and of course it was painful but it always is painful to thread your face so I didnt think anything was wrong. She showed me the progress halfway through and I just noticed my skin was very red which is normal for me because I have roseacea. She also tended to another customer during my threading which made me a little more pressed for time. When she was done, she put aloe gel on my face. I checked the work quickly; it was still red and I'm assuming the aloe helped stop any blood coming from the cuts so they weren't noticeable. I paid and rushed out to make it back; on my way to work, I noticed my whole face had basically started bleeding on my cheeks to reveal all the cuts. I called the business to explain, they told me I can come back for a free face mask to calm the cuts. I told them I had work but I would try to come later. I ended up leaving work fairly soon after I got there because of the bloody spots on my face. I got home to thoroughly clean it and saw the cut marks clearly on both sides of my face. I returned later with a family member and told them I had called earlier. We were greeted by Priyanka and what I assumed to be the manager. They told me to sit for the free mask, I explained I didn't want that, that I just wanted my money back because of the cuts on my face. At that point I was in a bit of pain and I wasn't comfortable putting more stuff on my face which I also explained. Priyanka tried to argue that I should've stopped her or told her before if something was wrong. This was frustrating because I feel it is the responsibility of the person doing the threading to notice if they're cutting someone's face and not continue doing more damage. My family member argued that I deserved a refund and not just a free mask considering the damage done. Priyanka continued insinuating it was my fault and the manager didn't really speak up during this time. We were quite frustrated that they were quick to argue instead of apologize, so we ended up just leaving since they kept trying to place blame and did not show interest in trying to resolve the situation or apologize. Shortly after leaving, they called us and agreed to do the refund. I returned, the manager provided the refund and a container of one use of face mask. The manager then apologized to me however she followed that by saying it was wrong of us to have left before she could call to check with the owners if she can refund me. She was annoyed with us for leaving the argument even though she didnt speak up to say anything while I was being blamed for my cuts. I was truly being polite when I returned for the refund so I have no idea why she felt the need to add that comment in that way. I also never received an apology from the person who gave me the cuts in the first place. Just an overall terrible experience, I would never return and usually don't do negative reviews but the whole ordeal was upsetting and now I have cuts on my face. Honestly it is really dangerous to be so unwilling to accept responsibility for something that can give someone an infection or permanent scars.

Jennifer is amazing! I went in for eyebrow threading and i have never been more satisfied in a service before. She takes her time, is careful, and precise which is something i struggle finding in any other threading places. She helped give my eyebrows shape. She also made it very painless which is a plus! She is very talented in this art.10/10 would recommend her.

I went to go do my eyelashes two days later they were falling all over the place. I was celebrating my anniversary and they fell in the Cake. That is so embarrassing went back to let them know what happened, and all she said is that she could charge me to redo them. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for that. She said that she’ll charge me $10 for the eyelashes. I told her why if I already paid for them then she said that she’d give me a $25 gift certificate that never happened . She told me that I could go back on Sunday and she would call me to set aside 20 minutes just for me alone and she never called me at all. Don’t go to this place. They don’t know what they’re doing your eyelashes fall off within three days, they say two weeks, but that’s a lie do not go it’s a horrible place . They lied to you all the time.
