During the eyebrow waxing service, she inadvertently caused an injury to my eyebrow, which still hurts after 24 hours. Additionally, she was on her phone throughout the procedure, causing saliva to drip onto my face and making the experience unpleasant. I hope she improves her attention to detail and hygiene.

very unprofessional I did not like being refer to as being old n conversation regarding but surgery as if I surgery done on my but. the technician also talked about her other clients that cone there on regular basis. honey even tho I am 53 I look way better than you n no I did not have surgery on my I'm all natural. I think it was not appropriate young lady to act this was. All they service black people I do think they are racist. I will not being returning.

I walked in and was greeted by a mean middle age lady. I should have walked out, but I wanted my lashes and brows done. The esthetician was so nasty I told her that I hope her day gets better and walked out.

My first visit. Pricing is good. Assumes you want one eyebrow higher than the other.. Not welcoming conversation for services. Language barrier is something that needs improving. 2.5 stars UPDATE: My seond vist. I decided to give Shubh another go around and I was pleased with my visit. As before the pricing for services is reasonable. The conversation pleasant and demeanor very welcoming. I got a wax and brow tint and both were done well. 4 stars

The lady that is doing the eyebrows is not welcoming and she threaded my brows so thin. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

Awesome service! The person I had (I wish I asked her name) was stellar. Right before, she asked if I wanted was or thread. I, who thought they only do threading, was surprised! I opted for threading, and I asked if her if she could even out my brows. I know, I know: they're sisters, not twins. BUT one is longer compared to the other! Anyway, she started trimming the long parts away and asked if I wanted to keep my brow makeup on or remove it. I asked if it was easier without to which she said yes, so I said go ahead. She removed it with witch hazel and began threading. She was fast and gentle! That or I'm used to it by now lol. I love that she had a clip to clip back the hair that was in the way! After she finished, she asked if I liked it and if I wanted her to re-apply the brow makeup. I said yes to both! And I'm glad I did, because she did an awesome job with both. I'm glad I came here! (Btw, I went in the morning. Walmart is dead, but there were a few customers before me that got their brows threaded!)
