Lovely experience. Same price range as other massage locations, and they offer heated tables and a calming environment. Jessie did a great job at keeping me comfortable and checking in throughout the hour without unnecessary chatting. The arms / hand portion was my favorite - this area is sometimes overlooked or thoughtlessly massaged, and Jessie did not disappoint.

They give the best massages I literally drive from Kyle they are that great. The massage therapists that I’ve had are always extremely kind & considerate & will consistently check in to ask me how I’m feeling which I greatly appreciate. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Unprofessional is the first word that comes to mind. We came for a couples massage. One woman seemed to call for extra hands. It was on speaker phone and didn't sound like a friendly call. She told us to wait 5 minutes in the room, but we probably waited 15 minutes. Super awkward. When the second person arrived they rushed into the room and proceeded to basically beat on us. (There was no intake papers and no conversation of what we wanted). Very little massaging or recognizable technique involved. At one point I opened my eyes and realized the door was open and the person attending to me kept leaving the room. It was very bizarre. We laughed nervously when it was over and will never come back. How anyone has had a positive experience here is a mystery.

Found a last minute opening. Nice and clean place without the frills . My massage was Very good. The masseuse checked in periodically and had a sweet demeanor but firm hands! The no frills means the linens are small, there are sometimes moments of absence in search of towels or stones. But if you have an open mind and enjoy a good deal this place is worth it. I'll be back.

I’m a licensed esthetician, I have problems with my lower back. Lisa did her magic with her massage, very professional authentic. Never have I ever had a massage where I feel rejuvenated and my muscles feel like I can finish more within the day. Instructing and running a small business I tend to get very tense and stressed but after the massage I felt brand new, like nothing ever happen. Sweetest soul ever, thank you so much for the amazing work that you guys provide. I will be long life customer.

i come in yesterday and had jess massage me. it was very unprofessional and rude. she always opens the door and there is no privacy since i'm naked and small sheets. and i think she is rude to her employee after what i saw during my visit..

Shufu is a HIDDEN GEM!!! I live in NYC and have had all kinds of Asian massages, good and bad. This was ONE OF THE BEST. It's in a strip mall and doesn't look like much from outside, but inside it's a dream. Very clean, small but private rooms, heated beds. The massage I received was TOP NOTCH, including hot stones, hot towels and walking on my back (which I loooooooove). I walked out feeling like a new person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great massage, in my opinion it’s as good quality as many other places that charge more, maybe less bells and whistles like free wine (which I don’t care about) and standardized way of approaching the session like some other places, but whatever you would like them to focus on, just ask and communicate and they will gladly adjust things (they kindly asked me if the pressure was good throughout the massage anyway)! But the point is that the massage is high quality and I will gladly come back whenever I next need a massage 😁

I really want this business to be successful, so I want to take some time for some suggestions. There have been some inappropriate things happened in my last experience. I've been coming to this place before pandemic, and always liked the experience. People here have really great skills. I came in several times in lockdown, but wearing a mask wasn't ideal for a message room. After getting massage service in another place closer to home for a while, I wanted to try Shufu for cheaper and quality massage, so I brought my bf here to have a couple massage. 3 things made me uncomfortable, and I would recommend this place to improve. 1- Professionalism - There was no questionnaire, no conversation to talk about what area to focus, where to avoid. They just straight up started to massage. The cover sheet was really thin and basically make you feel naked too. 2- Privacy - I could hear everything outside the room, and I was wondering why the soundproof is so poor. I was almost shocked when I turned around and saw the door was open-Not widely open, but they left a gap there. I asked why, they said it's for better airflow. I've been to many other massage places, and I know they need to go out to take tools (oil, hot towel, hot rocks), but I've never been to any place with the door open. I don't feel comfortable at all, especially we were in the first room, which means everyone can pass by our door! Why do you need better airflow? Did you turn off AC to save money??? 3- Boundary - My bf always doesn't feel comfortable with other people touching him, so he prefers to leave the sports shorts on for massage (and the shorts material is nice quality for massage, won't be a burden). In many massage places, they recommend to "remove your clothes to your comfort level", and that's what we did. During the massage, the lady told my bf that removing the sports shorts makes massage easier, so he hesitated and said sure. However, I didn't know that it was her straight up starting to remove his pants....... it was really really awkward. Can you please ask "do you want to remove it or you need my help?" Really crossed boundary. I liked this place, and again, people here have great skills. However, I don't think me or my friends are coming back, especially after they've heard my awkward experience. I have so many questions (Did they leave every door open???), but that's not my business anymore. Good luck!

My mom and I came for full body + foot massages and left completely relaxed and reenergized! They were very professional and extremely kind. Reasonably priced for the services they provided us! Highly recommend!
