My last visit, I did the cocoon and it was AMAZING. I did NOT want to get up, and had never been so relaxed in my life. I have ADHD so it’s really difficult to silence my thoughts. This Def slowed everything. My thoughts, my breathing. My heart rate. It was amazing. The spa itself is soooo cute and well thought out. Each room is carefully designed and it really feels like a mini oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Highly recommend!

Loved the relaxing time away from the hustle of life. Going back to try the spa day package… can’t wait. The salt cave is incredible. .. you feel like you’re in a real cave. The hall of string lights is really fun.. reminds me of the winery basement at Biltmore. Very clean and left feeling super relaxed..

My daughter and I had THE most wonderful experience at Shvaas Spa. We did the Salt Cave, Cocoon and Hydro massage chair - what a PERFECT combo for relaxation and healing. This is a hidden gem in downtown Columbia. The staff is so warm and welcoming, the spa rooms are cozy and intimate and it provides me a getaway from my busy life. I cannot recommend Shvaas Spa enough!.

I love this place. It took so much stress from me and my husband. We both have corporate, demanding careers, children, and just daily life stressors. Coming to Shvaas where everyone is so nice !nd calming made it all worth it. We frequently get massages but this was different, it cleared our minds and allowed use to naturally relax and prepare for the day. Now that pollen season is in full bloom we are bringing our teenagers thos weekend who suffer from allergies to help them relax and heal as well. If you want to relax, defog your mind, breath better, and have more focus schedule anyone of their services today.

It was my first time going and I loved this place! The spa package was a gift, I was skeptical and didn't know what to expect bc the package didn't include a hands on massage BUT the hydromassage and the Zen Den is unmatched. The atmosphere and staff is awesome and very nicely priced☺️
