This is my favorite place! The staff are very professional and friendly. They do traditional Thai massage very well. The whole ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. Ember was a really good masseuse. 10/10 recommend :)

Very friendly staff and availability of last minute options. If you know what you want and can let them know during the massage they can accommodate. Deep tissue pressure was a bit strong for me so switched to Swedish but had a good experience and head and neck part of the massage was the highlight

Fantastic experience. One of the best massage place in Sf in my opinion. Traditional Thai + herbal hot compress is my favorite. Highly recommend!!

No doubt one of the best Thai massage place in SF (if not the Bay Area). Location is convenient after 6 -6:30pm weekday for those need parking. Place is very clean with ambience music playing in the background. All the masseuses are professional and very good, especially…; stretching and relaxing your muscles needed the attentions. My experience with the front desk receptionists have been amazing. Both Jane and Samita were exceptional helpful! I’ll continue come to this place as a happy customer.

This definitely did not feel like Thai massage at all. It was more stepping and pressing hard on my bones than actual massage. I have had multiple massages and never left a place feeling this sore. Just felt like a waste of money. For the price they could definitely do better.

Absolutely 🪄✨ magical healing place in the city. I have been suffering from sciatica due to a herniated L5 SI disc and the only thing that helped manage the pain and make me able to walk upright has been the special message combo. Anna is the sweetest lady and helped me release so much tension in my peroformis muscle. If you are in pain and need help managing it, I can not recommend this place enough. Will try to go weekly until the pain is in a more manageable place

Came here for a couple's massage and wow it was a fun experience from start to finish! We were treated to some hot water and tea when we walked in, and the experience was like being at some fancy resort mid SF. Good: - Very nice staff - The traditional Thai massage was very relaxing - I got the hard setting for the massage and felt like I was in deep pain but after the muscles were truly relaxed. They did something to my back that loosened a lot of the tense muscles there, and I also enjoyed the head massage - The couples massage is being on the same table and two different people massaging you, but it was a great date night - Afterwards, there were ginger candies and they brought us water to drink! Bad: - It does get pricey but it's worth it for a rare occasion and date night! Overall this place is worth going to!

I booked a spa appointment for my girlfriends Birthday me and two friends from the booking the person was rushing and she either couldn’t understand me or she was not listening. She said this would be on Polk street which I was ok with. I gave her our names spelled them for her and asked about the services. I specifically requested 3 separate rooms. I also asked about not having clothes on she said ok and when I received the text reminder our names were wrong and she had us for two not three and the service I booked was wrong I called to correct the errors and thought it was ok. We get there they’re 30 min late as a professional they should have called me . told us about having cash we would get a discount which was not mentioned when I booked the appointment. They still got our names wrong They didn’t have 3 rooms two of us were together and they made us wear their clothes. The spa was just ok for me felt like PT more than massage. The attendant asked what areas I needed more attention to I said my lower back and she hardly massaged by back They caused us to almost miss our dinner reservations.which I was very concerned about. Especially driving in the city. I will say The atmosphere was beautiful smelled great but I felt she lied about the services We probably won’t be back but for other customers please double check that your reservation is correct and you’re getting what you need. If the attendant is rushing on the phone most likely she didn’t get the information correct.

I was in need of Deep tissue massage and my neck and back had full of muscle knots and my muscles was tense. I talk with Kat, the clerk and told her my muscle issues and recommended that I should receive the Thai Aroma Herbal Massage which has effective head press effects to relieve my muscle tensions. After receiving a 60 min massage from Ivy, it was the Best Thai massage I ever had!!!! I highly recommend anyone in need of a 10/10 Massage to relax your mind, body, and soul, and walk out of the Spa with a rejuvenated body and relaxed muscles. I’ve tried multiple massage places in the city and this is the best one!!! I’m a powerlifter and beat up my body with working out every week. Every couple months I’ll treat myself to a massage here. If you pay cash, you get 15% off which is such a good deal. I get the deep tissue with Sandy. She is extremely strong and gets rid of all of my knots and tension. Without her, I wouldn’t be able to recover properly. If you’re looking for a massage place in the city, this is the place to go to!
