I came to this place from out of town with my friend , we both got pedicures. While the tech I had did a good job on my french , she cut me pretty bad at my cuticle area , while she was doing my toes i noticed my toe was hurting as she was clipping my cuticles and pushing them back hurting REALLY bad , but I didn’t say anything because I know pedicures can be a little uncomfortable. When she got done with that part she sprayed something on my toes not sure what it was but all I know is it BURNED really bad and that’s when I came to the realization that she had cut me ! She didn’t say anything , didn’t acknowledge her mistake just kept going , I payed for my service as normal and went to Walmart after to get neosporin to put on my toe bc it was throbbing and hurting really bad ! The cut wasn’t visible for a couple days but now that it’s healing up it’s very evident and visible that the tech cut my cuticle area. Moral of the story don’t recommend this place, the workers don’t seem to know exactly what their doing!

Literally just walked out. Got a pedi and then went to the station designated by the nail tech for a mani. Noticed nail shavings on the towel and table from her previous nail service. She sprayed something on the table, took the towel away and came back with the same towel! Never cleaned the table! VERY UNSANITARY!! Now I’m concerned that I might get some type of toenail fungus from my Pedi!

This was my second visit - and will probably become my go-to location. I usually go on Sundays and it is very quiet in here... not chaotic with lots of folks coming and going. Both techs I have had have done a good job - I just use regular enameled nail polish and it has lasted really well! Gentle and very hygienic - the foot bowls have plastic liners that are discarded after each use, gloves are used, and tools come out of sealed packages. $45 gets old polished removed, nails/cuticles trimmed, nails and soles of feet buffed, salt scrub, hydration mask with hot towel, lotion with leg massage, and new polish applied. There are more expensive packages and the very basic pedicure is $35 (but just splurge on the extra $10).

The perfection that went into my nails is unbelievable. I sware I haven't had a nail artist put that much work in the shape of my nail. She did an amazing job especially since I got dip. 👏 they look absolutely amazing. 💯

Nails or cuticles not cut properly left with a bloody, bruised finger. Pretty much a waste of money. I’m a man it shouldn’t be difficult to do a basic manicure, not even sure if the person has experience or was qualified.

I will only allow Mary to service me! She is amazing with pedicures and has always given me great customer service. She is so sweet and kind and her pedicure massages are the BEST! The spa was clean and the staff was friendly. It’s a great place to relax.

I'm sure my feet look pretty. But my toes are on fire. Even after I asked, then stated not to use the nail file on my actual skin, the tech continued. Other than that, I have NO IDEA what I had done. All nail shops are not the same, but they are. I said I'd never been here before and I asked alot of questions. None were answered. I don't even know why I didn't get a foot massage. The package I got said it included one. Anyways, I won't be back.

It was girls day out and l chose to get pedicure and manicure at Signature Nail Salon! This was my second visit. The first time I had a better experience when I went alone. The ambience and place is good! Lots of chairs but less staff may be better to take an appointment if you want to get it done together! Please don’t take kids it wasn’t worth it! They do shabby work! Out of 4 girls who serviced us only one of them was patient and did it properly! The lady who did pedicure for me did not even change her gloves after finishing the previous client.. very unhygienic! I was the last to get someone to help me but was done along with other who started earlier! Not happy!

Jon/John has been doing my nails for a while now and he decided he's uncomfortable with doing my nails because I told him it looked crooked. The nail had chipped, so he repaired it. But a lot of times I notice that nail techs favor one side of your nail. So he doesn't like to be told something doesn't look right? I'm spending my money so I want it to look right. Please, there's one on every corner!

The last time I came here, I asked for a full set and I was told, “Next time you can get a full set, but you don’t need one now so I can do a fill in”. My service was done in less than 25 minutes, and my nails were thicker than a Snicker. However, I knew I could make the look last another couple of weeks and return for the full set I originally wanted. Fast forward to today when I went in to get a full set. I was met again, by a different nail tech, with “Your nails are not lifting and your color is good, so you just need a fill in”. After 1.5 hours this time, they were not as thick, so even though not a new set, I was okay with the visual result. However, I go to check out, and I got walloped with a brand new fill in price! When I asked why so much, she said, “ I had to charge you more because I had to do more to make your nail look good”. What?! She made up a new price on the spot. Don’t go to this place. Dishonest practices. Perhaps it was why I was one of three customers on a Friday afternoon, when it should be bustling with business. I should have taken the hint. I’m disappointed, because I am kind and pleasant. I expect honesty and kindness in return. Signature Nail, you are replaceable. Good luck with keeping those other two customers.

I have been going to Signature Nail Spa for about 6 months now. I usually see Helen who is amazing! I had not scheduled an appointment today so I was placed with Wendy. She was rude and aggressive. I have cuts around my nails and the manicure looked bad. It had streaks like when you’re running out of top coat and it’s starting to clump and there were bubbles left in the top coat. When I told her the UV light was burning me she just said that’s how it is. I felt like I put my hand in a toaster oven and it has never felt that hot. When I asked for someone other than Wendy to fix it, I was told no. I had to ask about 4 times before I was able to get another person to fix it. Blanca was able to fix it and it took about 10 minutes. She did a great job and was very kind and gentle. I will definitely be scheduling ahead to see Helen or Blanca.

I use to love this place when I first got to Cary and now I don't unless I have no other option. I would suggest to the owner that you ask your customers if they want a stylist who is training if you want to keep customers!!!! I gave the trainee a great tip because she is learning and I saw her trying her best to get it right!!! It was not her fault!!!

Literally just leaving the salon, not happy at all. Paint job is very lumpy and sloppy. Went back inside after seeing how it looked in the natural light. She redid my right had and it looks just as bad. This was my first time visiting this salon and my last.

Took my daughter for her very 1st manicure! The staff were very sweet and patient. We went on a Thursday around 430 and it wasn't busy at all. They accept appointments and walk-ins.
