Last year for my birthday, my sisters and I had a lady come out to Santa Monica and do our brazilian blowouts. She managed to get all three of us done with class, very professional and wasted no time. We were all impressed and would like the service done again. Her time management skills were on point!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Synphony and her work. She is an amazing stylist who takes her time and pays attention to detail, not to mention very attentive the needs of your spirit and your hair. :)

I contacted synphony a few weeks ago to inquire about her Groupon. She was super nice talking to me through text message. She encouraged me to not buy the Groupon and that she would match the price when I come get my Kertain. I'm all about supporting people outside of Groupon as I know that groupon takes a large cut. I then contacted her again when I was ready to come in. She was super nice and added me to her schedule aT 6AM because she was booked the rest of the day. I really appreciated that. I showed up a few minutes early on the day of my appointment. I stood outside the doors to salon republic and texted her that I was outside. She never responded. I called her and she never answered. I stood in 57 degree whether for 30 minutes as she never responded. I then decided to go home. Almost an hour later she responded "sorry, I overslept". I do appreciate the honesty but I'm not happy about what happened that day. I'm just glad I didn't buy the Groupon.

I just started using Synphony and I can't say enough about her professional, lovely and talented demeanor. She genuinely cares about you and her work. She leaves me feeling fresh and fabulous ! I never need to go anywhere else!

Symphony has done my wifes hair and it has been spot on every time. My wife has even called her for last minute touch ups for events etc., and Synphony has come through big time.
