The worst massage I have ever gotten. I have never been massaged on top of a blanket by someone with latex gloves on before, very sad that I wasted money on this service.

It was my first time visiting this place. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was the only person there, yet I was still taken back late and my massage didn’t start until almost 10 minutes after my appointment. I booked a reflexology massage for feet, hands and ears. However only my hands and feet were touched. There were so many moments where I was laying on the table while my massage therapist seemingly just stood there. I have never had a massage where there is so much time between transitions to another body part. The massage itself was very underwhelming, there was no sort of pressure or trigger points released, rather it felt like a the kind of massage you would get from a friend who has no experience. I had done a lot of research regarding pain in my body and was excited for a reflexology massage to trigger these areas of my body yet no discussion took place regarding areas of concern or where my target areas were. My massage ended early and I did not receive my full 50 minutes I paid for, despite my therapist making sure she said she gave me extra time because she picked me up late…there was a clock in the room and I always make sure to check when I start and when I finish. Given all the time I was waiting and the time I spent laying on the table with no massage action it was maybe a 25 minute massage at best (total time was 40 minutes on the table) Very disappointed and felt like this was a major waste of my money. I don’t know if it was just my therapist or the whole place being unknowledgeable but definitely do not book a reflexology massage if you’re actually looking for pain relief.

This is the most relaxing place I've ever been to! Not to mention the ambiance are so nice. The people are so warm and very welcoming. The Therapists and the Estheticians are so professional that they would really check in on you, recommend and give advise. Truly a place to unwind! Will surely visit again soon.

Devonte did a wonderful job relieving some of my post partum pain. He knew exactly where the pain was and worked to provide as much relief as possible. I also liked that they have a lot of availability late afternoons and evenings! Thank you again Silent Moment Spa!

Booked a last minute Swedish massage with Anna and it was great! She listened to my concerns about pressure and used a wonderful combination of light and medium pressure. The oil smelled nice too. I came in a wreck and left very relaxed and feeling peaceful. I will definitely be back. Also the manager, Ashley is very helpful and sweet. Cute place! I’d like to try the hydrofacial too ☺️

Didn’t like the service. Only the front desk but not the actual massage. I thought I was going in for something else. Plus the girl didn’t use no cream or oils only her bare hands 🙄

Went for a lash lift & tint and was pleasantly surprised! The inside is so tranquil and relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Melissa was so kind, thoughtful and answered all my questions. I’m definitely going back!

This place is super cute. We took a chance and booked here after our other plans fell through for a girls day out. We had no idea what to expect. It is super cute, the decor was relaxing. It is bigger than we thought. The staff and services were great. So glad we found it. We will definitely be back. Also, the robes were so soft. I may buy one at my next visit. Definitely go!!!

Honestly unprofessional at is best. I booked a service a while back and upon arrival and after waiting for about 40 minutes my spa worker never showed up. I spoke to Erina who gave me her word that she would work me back in on my next availability for my time being wasted and offer me discount on my next visit. A week passes by and I try to book again ensuring that Erina knows I’m arriving, upon arrival I’m greeted and told that Erina does not recall having a conversation with me. Of course I become frustrated for another day of my time being wasted. Yall have truly lost a customer

I was disappointed in my foot massage. It was okay, but she left the exfoliating grit between my toes and did not wipe the oil off of the bottom of my feet. It’s was just so lack-luster. I won’t be back.

Massage was great, good experience. I won’t be returning. Unfortunately they *require* a 20% tip. They automatically add it to your bill. I always tip 20%, or more, depending on the service, but I do not appreciate them adding the tip without my choice. A tip is not a tip if it is required, it is just part of the cost of the massage. Again I would have probably tipped more because I had a great experience, but the tipping thing is not acceptable

I did the aromatherapy massage and it was just what I needed! It ended with champagne and chocolate! Very friendly staff and had an amazing massage! Devonte was amazing and used the perfect pressure! He used a warm towel during the massage too, which felt amazing! He also made sure I was comfortable for the entire massage! I will be back again!
