My first visit for a eyebrow waxing was great! Joni is very lovely and welcoming and I felt she understood my needs very easily. I needed quite a cleanup to get my brows back into a lovely shape and I am very pleased with the results. I look forward to my next appointment.

Amazing experience! I went with the luxurious peptide facial and my skin looks incredible and feels smooth and soft — my pores never looked so small, almost nonexistent! Joni is a gem! Joni is not only professional, she’s warm, welcoming and compassionate; all while providing a wonderful experience that will have you coming back for more! Joni, as always, was professional and showed expertise and precision in her epilation skills. I have been coming to Joni for well over 10 years, probably closer to 15, and have never left anything by completely happy. My face came out baby smooth and my brows are picture perfect. She also did a skillful bikini wax and tidied up the backside. Joni gets the business done with no awkwardness so if this is your first time, have no fear! This is a time when being a type A is a good thing and Joni brings this to work with her every day. The salon is spotless, not a wiff of chemicals, it is esthetically pleasing, relaxing, Joni thinks of every creature comfort from water to the heated treatment table to aloe, exfoliation gloves, and phinipil to take post wax. You will always feel special and well taken care of at Silkface Salon, I count going as part of my self-care!

Joni knows her stuff and is a skilled and caring aesthetician. In the two years I’ve been seeing her for monthly facials, my skin has improved immensely and now recovers reliably quickly when I neglect it or after the occasional (mild) breakout.

Joni was not just knowledgeable but she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable after i told her it was my first time waxing. She answered all of my questions and told me exactly what she was using and doing. The facial was the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time, even better than a body massage. It was like napping but being awake at the same time. Joni called that "bliss" and I have to agree. I WILL be going back. She values a natural approach to skin care and sent me on my way with more knowledge of my skin than I had before I came in.
