Avoid this place—owner arrived 20 minutes late to our appointment and then informed me she charges extra for a root touch-up if you have blonde hair, claiming she only offers standard pricing for black or brown hair. This policy is nowhere mentioned, which was incredibly disappointing. On top of that, being asked to wait inside a random apartment building while she was late, only to be hit with unexpected charges, was truly unacceptable. Terrible customer service overall. -As evident from her response, she only discloses her policies upon her (late) arrival and fails to mention anything about a hair consultation beforehand. There are so many better and more affordable options in the city. Don’t let her mislead you! What she can't do, another salon will! Look elsewhere to avoid the hassle

I’m not really sure why there were such bad reviews on this place but the owner was so kind and helpful. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Ended up buying a package deal. Will go going here from now on.

Got my eyebrows threaded & tinted. The owner who also provides the services is such a peaceful person. Her spirit is so calming that she made me feel comfortable enough to fall asleep in her chair. Very pleased with the outcome and def will be back for more services. Check out her services on Groupon 🙏🏽✨. Def worth the $7.11 that was spent.

Love getting my eyebrows and waxing here. Only thing, the availability of appointments at open time is never available. Maybe whoever is the opener should get there earlier, so customers won't have to go elsewhere. I like coming on my break/lunch time.

I called the salon to ask what brand of keratin treatment they use before buying a Groupon. She only said they use 3 different types depending on your hair. I asked her again what brands they use. She refused to say and hung up! DO NOT BUY GROUPONS for this salon or waste your time on getting service. There are other bad reviews here. I’m glad I called first before spending the money or time.

I get a phone call today to push my appointment back and when I arrived at the agreed upon time I'm then told oh I'm sorry I'm leaving. She took the time to call me to push the appointment back but couldn't take the time to call me to tell me she needed to cancel ll together. I wasted $22 in Lyfts getting there. Sulky start to a birthday. Thanks

Sorry that I was disappointed. I really wanted to make this my home salon, but after doing a trial with 4 visits, the service wasn't worth the cost. Last mail service looked worse than when I tried to do my own nails 😔

I came in for a clean up of my very thick brows and came out with pencil thin brows. It’s so traumatizing and then was pushed to get a brow tint during the service and that’s when I knew something might be wrong.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now for eyebrow threading and I have to say Sunita always does a great job. I have not found anyone who does my eyebrows as good as her.

I made an appointment for full highlights and showed up after a 40 minute drive to be turned away. I was told “I already have highlights and cannot have anymore put in.” She wanted double the price I was I would be paying because I had wanted a touch up of my highlights.

I purchased a Groupon for here. Specifically for “FULL highlights with shoulder length hair” My googled understanding of Full hair highlight refers to “ the method of highlighting hair in every section of the head from the nape of the neck to the hairline on the top of your head” I stopped by for a consult with sunita since she said on the phone she has to see for herself my hair length and texture before making an appt. she explained that my Groupon “ FULL HEAD HIGHLIGHTS “refers to highlights ONLY to the TOP portion of my head (think mohawk) and it would not cover the back of my head. Did not make sense to me, but left with a quote of $150 to color my hair black and add silver highlights. I immediately got a refund on my Groupon. My daughter also did a Groupon here for eyebrow threading and tint. The tint lasted 4 days instead of the 3 weeks she was told and one of her eyebrows broke out with a rash. Sunita was pleasant enough and this has been our not so successful experience here.

I saw this sign on her window and went inside excitedly but unfortunately she wasted my whole hour doing something else, not taking care of me and charged me extra. Didn’t clean my full face saying that we’re not doing this service. I wanted to do my hair done too when I saw the sign she posted on the wall but I saw there was no other employee and she was busy with other customer. I just came back on bad mood whether I need to go for a party tonight. Extremely unsatisfactory job she did today. Not recommending to go this location if you have not enough time or money.

I’ve got brazilian wax in that place. They charged extra fee. Place is really dirty and she use used only one stick during whole service. It was horrible experience for me and it was soooo sooo painfull.
