I had an amazing experience at Silvie Hair Studio in Wayzata and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere of the studio is incredible—it's beautifully designed, creating an inviting space - the clean and fresh scents, the inspiring music, the coffee and tea service, and the feeling of welcome all set the stage for a perfect experience. Sylvia and her talented team don’t just execute what I want—they genuinely listen to my ideas and combine them with their expertise to create stunning results. They offered great suggestions to blend the picture I had in my mind with their skills, and the outcome was absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the color and style they achieved. The entire team at Silvie Hair Studio truly excels in providing a holistic experience. I recently visited the Silvie beauty salon and was absolutely thrilled with my haircut💇‍♀️ From the moment I walked in, I felt a cozy atmosphere: warm lighting, stylish decor, and friendly staff. The stylist, Ilona, approached the process very professionally, listened to all my wishes, and offered great ideas for the haircut🥰 The result exceeded all my expectations — my hair looks healthy and well-groomed. I also appreciated that the salon uses high-quality products. The service is top-notch: the staff is polite and attentive. I will definitely return for other treatments next time❤️

I made an appointment through Instagram for 4 o’clock I’m already in the area and I get a phone call 320 or so that the girl had to cancel because an “emergency hair extensions” came up. On top of that I’m made to feel guilty like it was my fault because I reached out to the dresser on Instagram. This salon is extremely unprofessional no establishment should treat their customers like that & no way an employer should run a business this way a customer is a customer and it doesn’t matter what service we each sign up for.This salon is highly unethical.

I want to first state that I thought my hair color turned out prettier than I've ever had it, it was absolutely perfect and I would love to be able to achieve the color again but not at this salon. The hair stylist was so aggressive with my head and never checked in to see how I was doing or if she was being too rough (I have a very high pain tolerance and I was pretty uncomfortable). I paid over $500 for the service to just get a start of my hair lifting and baby lights and to me that's absolutely insane for just the color itself with no extensions or anything. My stylist told me I would need to come back and see her in 1-2 months to do the next session. Keep in mind, I already have dirty blonde hair, and my hair has had bleach and been lifted so many times I can't even count. This process isn't new to me. I felt like the conversation with my stylist was forced and didn't feel natural at all, and I really felt like the staff there were just trying to push me into buying more or getting more done like a makeup application or hair product. All in all, I loved my product but the service is why I gave this salon a 2/5.

If you are shopping around for the best Hair Salon than you can endure search right here. This is the most amazing group and the most talented group of hair artists there is no reason to go anywhere else! The owners Silvia and Laura have the BEST ENERGY that they will make you smile and make you excited to be there!! Highly recommend this place along with the Silvie Method.....I never knew hair could look this good!! Favotite place everr!

Sil’vie salon is so great! Honestly, it was a little more expensive than I expected but that was totally on my end for not being clear about what I wanted done to my hair prior to the appt and just making an assumption. Although it is spendy, the stylists are SO kind and the owner (Sylvia) even came to help out with some of my foils and held a super genuine conversation with me. My stylist, Ilona, knew exactly what she was doing and provided me with the exact look I was going for. Quality people, quality hair products, great atmosphere, and great end results! Probably can’t get my hair done there every time but I will be back when I want to spoil myself 😊

The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! I have been going to Carly for 3 years. She is so sweet, always listens to my hair goals, she will recommend what would look best for me, and lastly she makes me hair look amazing every time (especially her curls). They give the best service there!

First off, I did enjoy the way my hair turned out, however, I was not at all happy with the overall experience as pricing was deceptive. I went in for a cut and color as I had been growing out/not coloring for 2 years so I was able to donate my hair. The stylist consulted me in the chair (I did not book an online service) and quoted me $250 for the cut and color I requested. I agreed as this was what I was comfortable with spending. I asked to have 8 inches cut off to donate, but my hair was never measured before cutting and the stylist actually cut off 11 inches! No worries, it’s going to a good cause, right? So, several hours later and my color was complete! The stylist asked if I’d like for her to put some curls in my hair. Sure, why not? After this, the stylist took plenty of photos of my hair for her Instagram and I headed to check out. The stylist put my charges in the computer and had the receptionist come to finish ringing me out. The receptionist tells me the total is $380. I thought I misheard and asked again. $380. I was so shocked and had no idea what to do at the time, so I paid and left, which I realize now was a huge mistake. The itemized receipt I was given had several charges on it the stylist never communicated with me during my 4 hour appointment. I was even charged $15 to curl the above shoulder length hair I had left. So, I called a day later and asked to speak to a manager. I told her I was upset for not having this communicated with me and it’s not fair to a customer to be blindsided with $130 in charges. She said she’d pass it on to the owner. I have not heard anything back since talking to the manager on 2/23. I have tried twice to contact the owner, left a voice mail message once and left a message with the receptionist just a few days ago. Not a word. Like I said, coloring was great, but the poor communication and lack of follow up from the owner has earned one star.

I have been going to this salon for quite some time and I am so impressed with the atmosphere and treatment they give you! I’ve had various work done by each stylist, and they are all incredibly talented. I have never been disappointed! I highly recommend any stylist at this studio!

I just just can’t say enough about this place! I have been seeing Laura for 2 years now. She is the best she’s a color and extension specialist I get Great Lengths extensions and switch up my color quite often( I get bored easily;) laura always has the best new ideas for my hair keeping me up to date with the latest trends. Well, she does train with the color queen Tracey Cunningham the magician who took Khloe Kardashian from dark to blonde as well as many other celebrity stylist. All the girls at the salon are so fun and talented they even have a wardrobe stylist that works there her name is Carly her style is unreal. You can’t go wrong with this place. Yes it is spendy but so is a Chanel bag! It’s quality you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny!

Silvie Hair Studio blew me away! I’ve struggled with so many different kinds of extensions and they found the perfect match to my hair. They make sure the color, cut, thickness, and length all go with your real hair! My extensions blend so nicely with my real hair. Definitely have and will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The talent at Sil’vie Hair Studio is amazing and my hair always looks perfect walking out. However, I have been there three times and each time I have been called ahead of time asking to move my appointment time. Then after I have accommodated them and moved my appointment I arrive and still have to wait roughly 20 minutes before I’m in the chair. The last appointment I had there I was rushed because the stylist was over booked and couldn’t complete my full service even though I booked ahead of time. While washing my hair out she removed all of the makeup from my forehead and sides of my face so I walked out with two very different skin tones. She didn’t offer to have it touched up. My hair was not fully blow dried at the end and was not styled. This place is very expensive and I am fine paying it but I expect the service to match the price. It does not.

i have been to many salon but this salon service is far best!!! Laura was my hair stylist i had a hair cut yesterday got home my husband didn't care much i called the salon and told them if they can re-touch she booked me today for complimentary i was 15 mints late due to terrific despite of having a client she re-did the cut and briefly explained they take the pride of what they do i was very satisfied right there this place is expensive but its not about the money its about what they offer.Laura is amazing!!!!

A friend recommended Silvie Hair Studio to me a few years back when I had a major hair mishap from another salon. Laura worked her magic and fixed my hair back to a beautiful blonde. Every time I walk out of the studio i’m in love with my color and cut. All the staff are amazing, everyone is so friendly. They provide delicious beverages and snacks while your color is processing. I’m so happy to have found this place. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else anymore and would highly recommend ❤️

I have been going to Silvie Hair Studios for years. Hands down Silvie Hair Studios provides the best service I’ve ever had. No other salon can make my hair look so incredibly beautiful! Their makeup and spray tans are on point as well. Sylvia and her stylists are for sure second to none! You will always get the best results you’ve ever had. If I lived in a different state I’d fly here to get my hair done by Silvie Salon!
