I had an appointment with Sandeep there it was scheduled at 2pm July 5th I was there on time I called the guy he answered said I will be there in 20 mins and I waited an hour didn't show up very unprofessional wish I can give him 0 star for this type of services and he didn't even answered called after 20 mins I would definitely recommend this if u want to pay more and wanna waste time definitely this guy

I have been getting my hair colored and syled there for a number of years by a woman named Jackie. She is the best. Not only is she the best hair stylist ever I have a disability and I have a hard time getting up and down on the chair and other things. She is always there to lend me a helping hand if need be. That makes 10 to me.

I recommend haircuts by Art Chan. Although all of the hairstylists at this location seem to be really good. Art is around Wed - Fri 10am-5pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

I used lily massage. It is the best massage I have had in many years. She certainly cares and has the knowledge to get to muscles that need attention. Love it, will be back soon. Salon staff also seemed friendly

Had an appointment with the owner Simone my roots touched up and a trim. She did my roots ok. I asked for my layers to be trimmed, she asked me about this short and I said yes. Then actually took a razor and thinned my hair out. I wear glasses and wasn't sure that's what she was doing but when I got home I realized she thinned my hair out so much I just cried. I went to a beauty supply shop the next day and had to buy Hair extensions to fill my hair in. I look like an old lady with thin hair now. I would never recommend anyone go there if they don't want to look like they are 60 years old. I feel like she intentionally did that to me to make me look as old as her.

Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. As I got my hair done, I noticed the owner hugging her clients good bye and knowing them by name. Each returning customer that comes in the door is greeted by name, and asked how the family is doing. This was only my second time here and she remembered my name and asked about our last conversation. Just wanted to give a positive feedback because excellent service like this deserves someone to go out of their way to leave a good feedback versus, only taking action when things are bad. I highly recommend this place to anyone. V. Van
