I made a haircut appt online- only way offered on Friday. I got sick Sunday Eve. And have tried to cancel via the same app- no where can you do it. I tried emailing-no response. I’ve called 5times this afternoon and no one answers. So my appt Wed 11/20 is cx with SF

I had a wonderful experience at Simplicity Salon. It was clean, they follow all the CDC rules/ recommendations for Covid and I left feeling great about my hair. Tori has an incredible personality and will make you feel comfortable. You will leave feeling fabulous!

Incredible experience getting a haircut from Tori. Especially during COVID, I was impressed and grateful to see the salon had plenty of room for social distancing, everyone in masks, and everything was spotlessly clean. Tori is gregarious, kind, and talented - our hour flew by with easy chatter and I left feeling great about my hair! :)
