I like the convenience of booking online. Sydney is great! She’s has a super relaxing aura to her and the massage was great as well. She took the time to ask questions about any problem areas and followed through with flying colors👍🏼

I had never gotten a massage before and I was feeling very nervous. Monica did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining about the massage process. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after leaving my massage appointment. I will be going back to see her again!

Fantastic massages! My husband and I called last minute on a Thursday evening to see of a possibility of a couples massage for the next day. They said they'd put me on a waiting list and sure enough they had a cancelation! The ladies who did our massages were great! Made me fell better in all the places I didn't even knew I needed! They also honored a price on Groupon I saw even though I didn't have an actual Groupon.

Highly Disappointing Experience at Simply Bliss My decision to visit Simply Bliss was primarily driven by a Groupon deal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable choice and makes sense as to why they need to be on Groupon to attract customers. Ambiance and Atmosphere: The ambiance at Simply Bliss was far from blissful. The place smells of grease and mildew, making the atmosphere unpleasant. The entire space, carpeted and unkempt, felt filthy and far from conducive to relaxation. The poor choice in music and the intrusive sound of a ticking clock and outside conversations further detracted from any semblance of tranquility. Massage Experience: My experience with the masseuse was exceptionally disappointing. Despite expressing specific areas for focus, it seemed as though my requests were entirely disregarded. The techniques used felt irrelevant and unprofessional, leaving me questioning the masseuse's training and expertise. At one point, I even contemplated performing the massage on myself due to the frustration. Actually, I did start kneading my own shoulders at one point. The aftermath of the massage left me feeling more fatigued and stressed than before. And the lotion they use is repulsive. Customer Service: The lack of consideration for guests' comfort was evident when, despite waiting for my ride, I was abruptly asked to wait outside in the cold as they needed to lock the doors. The dismissive attitude towards guests added to the overall disappointment of the experience. My visit to Simply Bliss was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to explore other options. The unsatisfactory ambiance, incompetent masseuse, discomforting products, and disregard for guest comfort make this establishment one to avoid.

My wife and I had a couples massage here and we can both say that it was easily one of the worst we’ve ever had. Every bit of the massage felt lazy and lacked technique. There were major muscle groups that were not even hit! We are perplexed at how this place has such great reviews. Maybe the masseuses were having a bad day or maybe we got unlucky. Either way I would avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

Sydney was incredible! I’ve only ever had 1 other massage, which I enjoyed. But Sydney went well above my expectations. Her ability to ask questions to work on you intentionally is awesome. She also has crazy good pacing. Felt like the muscles were evenly worked in the time we had which really shows her attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

Do you love the sound of a clock ticking? The feel of your skin suffocating under the world’s thickest lotion? What about that feeling you get when your loved one has rubbed that spot on your hand raw from caressing it with their thumb for the past 15 mins? If you answered yes to any/all of these questions, THIS is your spot! No music, just the lovely ticking of the clock for 60 minutes to really put you in a relaxed state of mind. Oil for massages? Not here! Instead you’ll get half a bottle of the thickest lotion you’ve ever experienced just to have it get to that almost sticky state after it’s been rubbed in a little too much. I can’t speak for everyone, but the “therapist” I was lucky enough to have for this hour spent roughly 70% of the time rubbing her forearm into the SAME spot on my back to the point it felt raw. The pressure was great though! You get a star for that one. 20% was spent on my neck doing the same thing, but in the way my wife would rub my neck while I’m driving and she is slightly annoyed with me for asking her to rub a knot out. The other 10% was spent randomly rubbing the rest of my body for a few seconds just to put the blanket back onto my lotion soaked skin. Also tried to charge me upon checkout when my wife had booked and paid for this appointment online. Just look elsewhere.

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** I made an appt, but had to cancel it the same day. Called them twice and left a message once. No one returned the call. I called them again the following morning to ensure that they had received my msg. Staff told me that my cc would still be charged for the services. I had to get my credit card company involved to get the charges reversed. This never should have happened!!!

I feel like I should preface this review and say I have not had much experience with getting massages. But I thought my experience was awkward at best. When I got there for my massage, my therapist never introduced herself, did not go over the intake form I filled out online, didn't ask if I had any areas I was wanting her to address or focus on. She just confirmed I didn't have any implants or heart issues. I just really wish she had engaged with me more. Them not even introducing themselves was just kind of weird and I guess I was expecting more connection. I'm an esthetician so I go over a lot with my clients before starting a service (reviewing intake form, setting expectations for the treatment) especially when it's their first time with me and I was expecting something similar.

I have now had five massages total from three different therapists. One was before the pandemic, and two have been in the last month. On all of the occasions, the place has been clean and professional. They are taking the current public health crisis seriously and following CDC guidelines. They are professional and courteous, and provide a relaxing atmosphere to receive a massage. Brett is great with pressure and deep tissue. Kendra does a wonderful job checking the condition of the muscles in my body before starting my massage, and I was so relaxed this last time that I nearly fell asleep twice. Paige gives an excellent massage. I carry all my stress in my back, and I have been told my back is like trying to massage concrete. I will be continuing to book future appointments with Paige. It has been a few years since anyone has been able to get my body this relaxed. I can’t imagine how relaxed I might be if I hydrated myself properly.

Brett was my mom’s massage therapist & he was phenomenal according to her. Andi was mine & she was a delight! She was considerate, checked in on how her pressure was, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me the greatest massage I’ve had yet! If I didn’t live in Cali and wasn’t just visiting family, I’d be back there this weekend. I highly recommend Simply Bliss. Super professional & lovely ambiance. They follow Covid guidelines as well, so you get an overall peace of mind. Superb work. You don’t want to go anywhere else!
