Hair cut was okay, but they rushed me in and out in 15 minutes leaving hair all over me. Got the line up and trim on the top slightly uneven because they were rushing.

I told him I want a crew cut, showed a photo also. But took him almost 40 minutes to get it right because he was being really cautious. I was also struggling a bit to explain what I wanted exactly. But overall it wasn't too bad. The barber was patient and did exactly as I said. If you stay nearby, it's worth the 30 bucks I guess. But otherwise a 40-50 dollar haircut might be a better investment.

I stumbled in to Simply Cuts five years ago. I’ve been faithfully going to Cliff ever since. Good work, very fast, and he’s a very nice guy.

Si vous êtes un homme, n’y allez pas. Ce n’est pas précisé mais le salon doit être spécialisé pour femme, j’ai demandé un dégradé (avec photo à l’appui pour être sur de me faire comprendre) le coiffeur m’a dit oui c’est bon et a fait n’importe quoi. Quand je lui ai fait savoir il m’a dit qu’il pouvait pas faire plus. Peut-être un des moins cher pour homme dans le coin mais certainement un des plus mauvais.

Not the best hair cut. I don’t think they actually listen or understand what the client actually wants. I wanted the easiest haircut with a single length trimmer but the way he blended my hair doesn’t look right. Also, when I asked for 1” to be removed bur he removed at least 3’’ so much for ratings!

Been a customer since I was 14 years old and I'm today 45 and still a customer. Cliff knows how to make hair look very good . And he and his staff are very professional hair stylist if you ask me. Even if the customer wants his or her hair dyed a different color Simply Cuts is ready to get the job done. And parents it seems over the years have made Simply Cuts the first place they bring there child to get there first haircut. Then when ever they get a cut Simply Cuts becomes the standard go to place to get the job done.

Great spot; $25 for a haircut. I came here because someone else butchered my hair, and Cliff (the owner) fixed me up very quickly, with minimal instruction on my part. Everyone is super friendly, and in the short time I was there, noticed a lot of long-term clientele. Will be back.

I normally don’t review anything on google, but I have to do an exception for this place. The people working here are actually very nice, unfortunately they can’t cut hair. I got the worst haircut I have ever gotten. It was way shorter than I asked for and so uneven I had to go to another shop to get it fixed.

This place is great and well priced. Came in for a trim and not only was it a good cut he had me laughing the whole time! 100% recommend for a quick cut and great laughs.

Cliff is great! You just need to communicate in detail what your expectations are…and if something doesn’t look right just tell him. He is fast and very courteous. He has been on Chestnut forever. If you want an $85 cut go somewhere else :))
