When you have problematic skin, you feel as if there will never be resolve with any regimen you choose. I started my search for an esthetician 4 years ago and so graciously was welcomed by Rakeeva. With her guidance, hands and products, my skin is now very manageable. We have now added more services to my appointments and I am so grateful for her!

My experience with Rakeeva was excellent! Getting a wax has always been a painful experience for me - even to the point where I stopped getting them for several years. I recently decided to start waxing again and she was an amazing RE-introduction! I will definitely be visiting her again 🙌🏾

I elected to pay for continued education for lashes and Brazilian wax. I went in expecting to learn basics and cannot overstate how much extensive knowledge I gained in just one class per subject. Both classes taught me more than I learned in school and I would absolutely take those classes again. Rakeeva takes the time to demonstrate and explain while following up to make sure you understand the concept, information, or technique. I loved the one on one time I received with her and being able to ask any question while ALWAYS receiving an answer. Although I signed up for Brazilian and lashes, I really walked away with plenty of knowledge outside of that. From media, marketing, and business steps I walked away with much more than I paid for.

Amazing service! She went over after care in detail vs just handing someone a packet. I drove 3hrs just for her and will do it again lol! 🩵 I definitely recommend her if you’d want a quick and relaxing experience.🫶🏽

See what had happened was...I tried a new matte lipcover. This product claimed 12 hr wear, but the problem was it took more than soap and water and make up remover to wash this lip stain off. I wiped so much that the skin from my lips was being removed with the lipcover causing severe irritation to my lips. Low and behold I had a jar of my Simply Elegant Spa All-Over body butter! I used it for 24hrs! It not only healed but it restored and conditioned my lips better than what they were. December will be my third appointment at Simply Elegant Spa and I LOVE everything about it! Not only did she make me feel super comfortable but she actually engaged in conversations with me and checked on me periodically to make sure I was doing okay. I felt like I was at home, just hanging out. That’s how comfortable I was. I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else so I hope she never changes career paths because she’s my favorite!

I had a Brazilian Wax done, and let me just say it was the least painful experience I've had with a Brazilian Wax in years! I have had two Brazilian Waxes, one in 2014 and again in 2020, and both times were so painful that I gave up going. I was looking at Simple Elegant Spa for facials and saw they were offering a Brazilian Wax Special so I figured I'd give it another go. Key informed me that her wax was a painless wax, and I must say for the most part it was. Of course, it still hurt from the pulls, but it was a quick pain. It didn't linger. I've been in so much pain from previous Brazilian Waxes that I've had tears welding in my eyes and had to take breaks. Key's pace was great. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills. She talked me through it. I already booked my next appointment with her because it was such a pleasant experience.

I got my first real facial here and was really happy! She was really sweet and explained everything she was doing and even found alternatives for some of the products i ended up being allergic to. I hd a really good experience and will definitely be back (: my skin was glowing the rest of the day and she recommended some products i could add to my routine to help get my skin where i want it.

She did an amazing job. Went to school with Rakeeva and she is very proficient and knowledgeable. She gave me a Brazilian wax and I was very pleased with the results. I usually have spot bleeding but that didn’t happen with her. Her space was clean and organized and the energy flow was great!! Thank you again. Will be coming back 💋👋🏾
