Hands down the best place to go. Where else can you find so many services in one place. You want Botox or a lip flip but also want to do some coolsculpting or cooltone, or wanting to see about weight loss, this is the place for you. The owner Kim is so attentive and understanding and just wants to help the patient. The new NP is amazing as well. This place is amazing from the staff all the way up. Y'all should make this your one stop shop for all you needs.

Proceed with Caution – A Disturbing Lack of Professionalism I did love this spa, when the previous trusted NP was there. However, my current experience was nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased a $3500 prepaid package of treatments with a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) I trusted, only to later discover that she had moved on. When I requested a refund for the remaining treatments—since no provider of her caliber was available—I expected a reasonable and ethical resolution. Instead, I was met with hostility from the staff and complete disregard from the owner, Kim. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, I was subjected to dismissiveness and false accusations about the previous NP—claims that were both unprofessional and unsettling. The conversation quickly turned combative, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Businesses evolve, but integrity and customer care should remain constant. Rather than honoring my request with fairness, I was made to feel unheard, mistreated, and, frankly, taken advantage of. When it comes to medical aesthetics, trust is everything. You don’t simply accept whoever is available when it involves injections into your face and body. Having endured painful and poorly executed work in the past, I refuse to be pressured into treatments by an unproven provider. I prepaid for $3500 worth of services with a specific NP whose expertise I trusted, and I will not compromise my standards or my safety. If you’re considering this Medspa, I strongly urge you to do your research—ask detailed questions, verify credentials, and request real client results before committing to prepaid services. Ethical business practices, transparency, and respect should be the foundation of any reputable establishment, yet this spa has failed on all counts. I sincerely hope the owner re-evaluates her approach to customer care and business integrity. Reputation is everything in this industry, and unfortunately, this spa has tarnished its own through dishonesty, disrespect, and a complete lack of accountability. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not go to the spa! I would give zero stars if that was an option. I bought a package of treatments and prepaid before the services were rendered. Since then, the NP has moved on and I called to get the money back I paid as there is not anyone available to perform the treatments. A simple request, which I believed a business owner would kindly oblige rather than risk poor press/reviews. I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I received as a result. This is an understatement. The staff is downright rude and nasty. Not only were they unwilling to refund my money, they flat out accused the former NP of taking cash under the table even though I have proof of payment with a debit card made at the front desk. They then proceeded to tell me that I owe them money for my last treatment...even though I PREPAID and am still owed 2 treatments! Hence the reason for the call which I could not make clear to the receptionist regardless how hard I tried, which in turn, set a negative tone for the entire phone call. I simply asked for the refund I was owed for services not performed at no fault of my own, but rather for poor business practices by the remaining staff. I went to this spa only for the reputation of the former NP, not for who is there now, and as a result of the negative and ignorant call I just had, I will never step foot into this spa and highly encourage others to as well. It is not worth the headache, or harassment. This is quite disheartening, considering the time and money invested. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for growth, and I hope that they will take my comments into consideration to improve the experiences of future clients. Having customers pre-pay for services then not honoring those services fully is poor business practices. This is a small town...word travels quickly.

Very disappointed in the communication and follow up with this spa. I bought a package and did not receive all my treatments due to them losing their qualified and trained NP. I requested to have my money back from the services I did not receive and Kim the owner did not return any of my emails or calls. Kim unfortunately is not qualified to perform the many treatments therefore I am out the money and services I paid for. I would caution you when buying packages from her.

I would give less stars if I could. I was less than impressed with the lack of communication when I needed to reschedule my appointment. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I called back. No one responded or called me back. Needless to say, they kept the deposit and I did not get to reschedule for my service. I would not recommend this company.

Cool Sculpting, Sculptra, VI peel, Emsculpt Neo, facials, morpheus, Exion, you name it. Kim and Genni are amazing in their skills. Well trained and knowledgeable. (And very personable, which makes it fun) Highly recommend!!

Medspa is a hidden gem in a town full of businesses that provide the same services! Genni is professional and knowledgeable, yet it feels like spending time with a good friend, right down to the peaceful environment! I have been seeing Genni for close to two years now for Botox injections in my jaw. I have been a horrible chomper and grinder for many years, and none of the other methods that I tried were effective. Having injections in one’s jaw muscles is not something you want to trust to just anyone. Genni brings her previous experience as a nurse practitioner into her spa work, and is very perfectionistic and operates from a place of thorough education. This has not only brought me peace of mind, but outstanding results with relief. Based on my experience, I would trust Genni to do any service she offers!

Beautiful office, friendly staff, & Genni is absolutely terrific both during consultation and during treatment. She’ll go over the different types of services & offerings available but does not pressure anyone (the way many other Med spas do). It’s a positive & peaceful environment… And I love, love the final results!

I've seen Genni twice now. Once for RF Microneedling and the 2nd time was for Botox. Both times I have been incredibly happy with my results. She listens carefully to what bothers you about your appearance and what you are hoping to achieve and explains and educates you throughout the process. She does her treatments confidently and I felt very safe in her hands. I'm very particular and she delivered above aand beyond my expectations.

Kim and Genni are the absolute best. As a man, I was hesitant to walk into a Medspa as I thought it was generally for women. I couldn't have been more wrong! They were nothing but warm and inviting. Top notch services and best prices in town, so glad I found them.

if i could give this Med Spa 5000 points I would. I've been a patient for the last two years and have nothing but amazing things to say about Genni and Kim. They offer the highest level of professionalism and service. They listen to your concerns and offer suggestions on the best procedure for the best outcome. Genni has done micro needling, Botox and Sulptra injections on me. She kept me very informed on every procedure which relieved any anxiety i had. I trust her explicitly. The results have been outstanding and I would highly recommend this team unreservedly. I can't begin to express how important the knowledge and experience these women have offered me in my Self Care journey.
