It was my best friend's birthday and first time getting a spa massage, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. We opted for a 30-minute deep tissue massage each. The combination of hot packs and warm cloths made it even more relaxing. We also added the scalp refresher (peppermint). Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service. Definitely coming back!

The staff was incredibly kind and super helpful with my father. They went above and beyond to help get him in and out of our car and into the hyperbaric chamber which was no easy feat! We will definitely be back to use their services again. Thank you Trish & Emily!

Tried Cryotherapy for the first time here and WOW! Very different experience than an ice bath but i feel amazing afterwards. The receptionist was also exceptional and very knowledgeable about the benefits of all the services! Highly recommend and great prices as well!!

What a great find in Fresno. Crypto was a key to my 200 lb weight loss when I lived in Southern California. Was very surprised to find it available on a visit back to Fresno. Maria was very helpful and professional and I was in and out of the Cryo chamber with my body rebooted. If you’re spending time in the gym, enhance your efforts with a quick deep freeze right next door at Simply Soothing!

This place is amazing! I exercise a lot and this place has saved me from getting an injury big time. I love their cryotherapy as well as their hyperbaric oxygen treatment. I feel so refreshed afterwards! You will not be disappointed with this place, give it a try!
