Needed a emergency fix on my hair last night from a barber shop i went to. The lady who cut my hair was so kind and did such a great job i made sure to tip 100% of the bill, this is a great place for a cut from experienced stylists! Thank You, Sinaloa's!!! Very happy with the service!

I called this Mexican owned place to get a haircut I asked if they did haircuts in English and she hung up on me because I didn't speak Spanish so I called right back asked if they could did haircuts she said yes in English I asked if she spoke English she said no in English or whatever and hung up on me again why can't I get a haircut from here if I don't speak Spanish very un professional I don't know how they stay in business if they won't even accept me as a paying customer all I want is my haircut I guess my voice was too ugly for them or whatever their reason was for hanging up on me and not accepting me I will never go back here and if you go here I hope you like these people and they're just one-sided they won't cut white girl hair they just hang up on white people pretty sad I would give this place no stars because they keep on hanging up on me every time I call and I've called more than twice. I wonder what would happen if I walked in they just wouldn't talk to me if I didn't speak Spanish thanks for making me feel unwanted in your community.😭🥺😢😥😭😿

I rather go somewhere else then go to this place because they have a book so they know who next but i was waiting 2 hours but then some one came in and got there hair cut first and i would not go there ever again.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. why have a sign in if they do not RESPECT first come fist serve. I understand if they have an appointment but if you walk in wait about 3 hours and someone else comes in as a walk in and they are taken first that's beyond upsetting, when telling the ladies that took the gentleman they said "its not my fault you are being undecided" first of all there is no need to have attitude, and second of all there was nothing to be decided about we clearly went for a haircut so there was no clarification as to what she was talking about, she was rude. Upon bringing this issue up to COCO she was CARELESS and just walked away. check the Facebook reviews I am not the only one who thinks these women are rude :)

Very poor customer service from the owner? Coco is her name, I went to ask if she had time for color, I have my hair gray,,,and I wanted to keep it like that...she made a lot of excuses and didn't tell me if she'll do it or not...I walked out
