I went to this salon based off reviews I read and the pictures on the website and at my consultation picked out my hair the length the color and was told that I had to buy 9 packs of hair (which was not 9 packs instead it was 9 very thin wefts about 11 inches wide) and it was $115 per pack and they said it was better to order the color you want rather then color them for the hair’s integrity so I order 7 packs of dark brown and 2 packs of red and we sat my appointment out for two weeks because they said it takes a week to get the hair in and total it was $1800 I had to pay half down and the other half at the end of my service for the 2 row install and 9 packs of hair so I was so excited and at 3pm the day before my appointment I got a text from them saying my hair was not in and they wanted to reschedule me for 2 more weeks out which happened to be the day before a big holiday they said that my hair had not came in yet so I was upset and disappointed I asked what brand of hair they use and was told that it the owners line she made after a hour passed I got another text saying that they had some of my hair in back stock so I was going to be able to keep my appointment but when I came in they was coloring my hair extensions to try and match my natural color and the red I picked out so I asked them if they was using some blonde extensions and was coloring them and more lies I was oh no we are just darkening the brown it wasn’t as dark as your hair but assured me they was not blonde ones, I was told at consultation the reason they had to book me out 2 weeks was because they don’t keep hair in stock they order it as it is needed and paid for, (but they found my exact hair in back stock) the hair was never in any package And I was not getting 9 packs of hair but 9 small thin very thin pieces of hair and I did not get the red ones that I wanted and paid for instead they was purple, after she had it in and styled it looked really nice and natural so I tipped very well paid for the remaining amount and set my appointment for it to be reinstalled in 8weeks I had to go back in because the sides was to high and pulling my hair and the corners had not been tied down. When I washed my hair my bath water was purple and black from the color they had colored the extensions that I was lied and told they did not do they had only darkened brown and it must have faded on the red which turned the red purple so they had me come back for a color touch up to my dark brown hair and was told that colored extensions just bleed color like that and I needed to use a red color depositing shampoo and that stuff makes a mess everywhere’s stains your hair tub everything. When I went back for them to adjust my hair all the color had faded out like box color does all patchy and the hair is shedding and the ends look bad because they have been colored twice now and while I’m looking at the extensions hanging on the mirror I can see the tops of them are blonde so I was given bleached hair extensions and they have been colored twice now I don’t know if I even got new hair or someone’s left over hair . My hair looked good when I left but my color is very faded and because of the bad cut that I was given on one side of my hair was only shoulder length when I got 22inch hair smh I showed her so she rotated the hair pieces around and put it In The back so it’s not so noticable. I think the girls are nice and all but I can’t help but to feel like I have been got by them and now I do not have another $2000 to buy hair and go someplace else, I was waiting to post my review to see if they was going to make it right when I told her my concerns at my adjustment appointment and well I told you how that went oh I was told that they buy the 9 packs of hair but don’t seek it that way they charge by the weft the piece that goes from one side of your head to the other. I never got anything that was new or what I ordered and paid for, so I would seriously think about all of your options before investing your money here.

YAWL !!!! Stop the BUS. Annie ( the founder and owner ) and her team are top Tier. I’ve worked in salons and have had extension and hair care for many locals. Happy to share that siren salon is the best. No one does extensions better. Let me say that again. No one does extension better. PERIOD. Been going to this woman for years. She’s so legit. Not only is the very communicative, talented and happy to give her guests good prices for services… the ambiance at the salon is top tier: super chill !!!!! Ask for Annie’s custom Coffee menus you won’t regret it .

I absolutely love the vibe at Siren! Annie B has an incredible talent with hair extensions for volume, fullness, and style. She flawlessly pampers my hair with care and offers a variety of treatments options and products that I have not experienced elsewhere. 🎀 They also offer so many drinks from the coffee bar with snacks 🤤🫶🏻

I had a wonderful first experience here! The atmosphere was lovely and all of the girls were very nice. Annie did a great job with my hair making sure it was how I wanted it with the tone and the length. Very thorough and professional! 10/10 would recommend

The environment here is more relaxed than salons I have tried in the area. I usually have a hard time with my anxiety but it's very calm and positive inside. Kendall always does an excellent job and really takes the time to understand what outcome you're looking for. I also think the pricing is super fair!

Absolutely love my hair Amy is so meticulous and always does the best job! Also the aesthetic of the salon is amazing and I felt so comfortable. My hair always takes like 3-4 hours so the snacks and drinks provided were greatly appreciated!

I went here to see a new stylist (Annie the owner did my hair) and it turned out great. The salon is a great vibe and she took the time to listen to what I want and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure we were on track with my color and cut.

I get my hair done here often and they're always very kind and helpful. I've had both Annie and Amy, and I mostly have bleaching and vibrants done, which they do a wonderful job at. I'm always eager to go back!
