I’m unhappy with my experience. My usual nail tech is on vacation in Vietnam for two months. So I went in to Sisley’s for a balance (and I had two broken nails as well). I explained to my nail tech the shape I wanted. Something between an almond and a stiletto (which is EXACTLY the shape that I walked in with- only grown out). I also told her I wanted my nails THICK, as I am a bartender and they break easily. She said she could do it, and started cutting my nails down. Immediately I could see that they were too short to achieve the right shape. I tried to politely reiterate what I wanted. She nodded and said “OK”… but continued doing exactly what she was doing. She also proceeded to burn me with the e-file several times, and ripped my broken nails off with nail tips- rather than soaking them off. The experience is supposed to be fun, *not painful * but I tried not to say anything. I thought maybe there was a communication error with the shaping on my end- so I showed her MULTIPLE PICTURES. Again, she agreed and went back to work- but she still wasn’t getting it. Eventually I just told her after this section was finished, I wanted to pay and leave- without my polish or nail art. She called another nail tech over and I explained to him what was going on. He tried to have me stay to finish the service- stating that she COULD, give me the shape that I wanted. Sadly, she could not. I ended up paying $45 for an 50% finished service (and I tipped her five dollars). At the end of the day, she did do work and use product on me, so I expected to be paying something. But l didn’t expect to be crying in my car after getting my nails done. I thought we’d left those days behind. The two nails which needed reconstructed, are paper thin. They will break within the week if I’m not careful. The rest are jagged and uneven. She also never cleaned up underneath my nails. Hopefully they can grow out over the next week, and I can work with them at home. I like a “bad b****” set. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless they wanted a VERY basic gel manicure/pedi.

I had made an appointment for Gel X removal and then a gel manicure on my natural nail once those were removed. I had made the appointment to have the removal done because I had hurt my finger and it felt like I had ripped my nail off (I didn’t but it was still very tender). I bring this up because Andy was great about making sure that I was comfortable and that he wasn’t causing additional discomfort when working on that nail during the removal process. This was my first time going to the salon, and it feels clean when you walk in, the staff is super friendly, and they even have refreshments available if you would like which I think is a really nice touch. I felt the price for what I went in for was very, fair and less than I’ve paid at other places in the area for a better experience. I will be going back!

Update: the last few times I’ve gone in my mani is super uneven. The service seems rushed and my nails are so thin from them removing polish with a mechanical file. Today I had to point out the $35 manicure (no polish) was not even and I had slivers of nail all over. I got home to discover my toes weren’t dry (I asked) and the polish is ruined. The pedicure was very nice but the purposes like have nice toe nails and callus removal was a complete miss at this point. The staff is super nice and they are still very clean, but I don’t think I’ll be back for the price it isn’t worth it. (The hand photo is after the 3rd attempt) ————————— AMAZING!! The new owners really have upped this salon and the services are amazing. The remodel took my breath away! My nails look beautiful and I had a great time. Worth 5+ stars for service, cleanliness and services. This has to be one of the best nail salons in the area.

I’m just so happy with my experiences here! They have been great. I’ve searched for “my nail salon” for a while and this has been one of the top ones in the columbus area for me! Had pedicure/manicure. Very relaxing the pedicure chair has a massaging option. I almost fell asleep. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and offered refreshments. A very large selection of nail colors.

The service was excellent from booking the appointment to the service itself. It was very easy to book and the people that work there are very friendly. I got acrylic nails with design and my design costed 30 but the total was around 95. Without the design I chose it would have been 65. Mia ,who did my nails, did a great job! Definitely worth the visit.

consistently beautiful work from kayla and ryan! ryan comes by my work all the time to buy coffee and he is the best! not only are the staff very friendly, but they make sure to cater to your every need. from 3d builder gel, chrome, french tip, glitter, and any of your inspiration pictures, they always provide a perfect service! they even offer me water every visit and make sure i am happy throughout the process with shape, length, color, and design. the nails are always very durable and i work a very active job. overall my favorite thing to do in columbus and they make me feel at home. 5 stars! ✨
