Had a wonderful facial with Gabriela a few weeks ago! I felt so cared for, my (dehydrated) skin adored all the Sisley products and she was so lovely! She carries so much warmth in her hands and clearly knows her craft. I left with soft, cleansed skin & feeling years younger!!!

I had the pleasure of receiving a super personalized facial service from Ramona. She was so kind and attentive, and my skin was absolutely glowing after my session with her. I’m in my mid thirties and just started having acne out of nowhere and have been really stressed about the flares - she treated my skin, gave wonderful recommendations for products and home remedies and I absolutely cannot wait to visit her again. The best facial experience I have received so far!

I'm had a wonderful massage from your member of staff, Kathleen recently. From the moment I walked in, her friendly and caring demeanor immediately put me at ease. She made sure I was super comfortable, the heated bed, leg support and neck pillow were a great touch. Her technique was truly exceptional, and I felt the tension melt away. She clearly have a deep understanding of the body and how to alleviate stress and pain. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to start our holiday. Kathleen was an angel! I was completely relaxed during my treatment. I received the Honeybee Ritual so not only did I receive a wonderful massage but also a scalp massage and mask/exfoliation. Book this treatment with her!

We decided to give the spa a try since we’re currently staying in hotel. The front desk person was extremely polite and helpful. The amenities are far from what they should be considering the price. The men’s sauna wasn’t working. Whenever it came down to the massage it was one of the worst ones I have gotten. I got a couple’s massage with my fiancé and she had a good experience. She also got a facial and said it was great. The massages however left us disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend or do it again!

This was the best spa experience I have ever had. I worked with Linsey and the smile she greeted me with let me know I was in good hands. I am not kidding when I say best massage ever. She was friendly but didnt push conversation and just created a relaxing atomsphere! I told her I felt like my legs were butter after the massage! It has been over a week and I am still feeling greY from her massage and brightening face mask! I wish I could go every weekend! Trust me, Linsey os the best (but dont be booking her up because i want to go again!)

Stephen (at the front desk) was absolutely fabulous - I would come back again solely for him. He was so gracious when booking my appointment, calling for the appointment confirmation, and he was such a warm presence when I arrived for my treatment. He’s amazing. Danae was a wonderful massage therapist. One of the best massages I’ve had. 10/10 would fly all the way from San Francisco (again) for a visit to see both Stephen and Danae. The facilities and amenities were also very nice and great to use.

They refused to give me a massage because I’m pregnant. This was not listed on their service listing. I paid to get here and then was turned away even though I only wanted a neck and back massage. Will go elsewhere.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend! Had a 60 minute message with Teresa and it was fantastic. The facility is incredibly well equipped and a very peaceful sanctuary in the city. Kaila was also incredibly helpful and it’s obvious the staff is dedicated to providing a wonderful experience and take great care in the quality and service they provide. I’ll definitely be back, but for the 90 minute message!

Had an amazing Spa day! I stayed in the hotel and planned a spa day for me and my husband. We both had an amazing time. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and helpful. My massage therapist C.C. was truly gifted, working out knots I didn't even realize I had. The facility itself was great. We spent most of the day bouncing between the sauna, steam room, and out door patio. Will definitely be going back soon!!

Ramona and Saul are incredible. They manage the space with complete professionalism. Going to them for massages and facials feels like the ultimate luxury. Because of their optimism, support, and overall knowledge, a session with him gives me the strength to go back into the world in my quest to make it at least a little bit better.

This was absolutely lovely. We had a rainy day on our vacation so spent the day in the spa, nice and quiet and private. Beautiful amenities. My therapist Saul was amazing. I’ve had a stiff neck and he did just the trick. I highly recommend him.

This was by far the best spa experience Ive ever had! The facility is unlike any other Ive seen not only is there a Sauna but also Steam, Salt Chamber and these amazing showers that have like a waterfall up top and jets on the sides!! The balcony was also a favorite of mine. The front desk team treated me so well from beginning to end always assisting me and offering me beverages. Also gave us tips/ knowledge on how to use everything along with the benefits. My friend and I truly felt taken care of and any stress I had felt before arriving to the Spa quickly evaporated. We enjoyed massages and facials and all four therapists were truly amazing! We left feeling rejuvenated and put together ESPECIALLY after using the vanity section which was a bonus! We had everything we needed (Dyson Blowdryer/Flatiron) to look ready for our dinner reservation. I will be coming back with my now monthly membership and I look forward to my next visit!

Organizing this day over the phone, I felt anxious, wanting everything to be perfect for my brother, who had received troubling health news earlier that weekend.
