I LOVED Sistado’s from the moment I entered. I was treated like a recurring customer and honestly it felt like I was getting my hair done by family. Janice helped me create a vision for my hair since it was the first time I’ve ever done a big chop. Renee made me feel like I was at a spa while getting my hair washed! The best part was that they met me where I was at with my hair with no judgement.

I had long, beautiful curly hair, and I was so excited when Janice offered me a consultation! A week later, she worked her magic and gave me a fabulous haircut that I love. I'm thrilled to have found someone I can trust with my curls, and I can't wait to keep going to her for all my styling needs!

I absolutely loved my hair and the salon itself. All the employees were super nice, talked me through the process, and gave me tips on healthy habits and products for my hair. They understand that every hair is different and take that into detail down to the products they use. I would definitely recommend this place if you are choosing where to do your hair!

I had a hair emergency and she got right to it! My hair was in box braids, I had them in my hair for almost 3 months! another hair stylist helped too! And for my trim she cut exactly what I ask for and love the silk press!!!! everyone was so friendly and the place was nice, I like the area the bathroom was cute I just love them already they are sweet I will be going back to get my hair done again.

Janice is excellent at what she does! Everyone there is always so friendly. It's not even like going to "an appointment", it's like visiting friends while you're getting your hair done!

I had an amazing experience this morning with Renee I haven’t been back to a professional salon in about 5 years. It was so refreshing to speak to someone about my hair concerns and goals I felt so welcome. I was desperately in a need of a haircut. I said goodbye to my dead ends and hello to my amazing and healthy afro I can’t wait to see how my hair will turn out.

First time getting knotless braids and Joselyn did an awesome job. I love my braids. I love the atmosphere, the women in the shop was kind and very thoughtful, respectful and friendly. I will be back for sure. Thank you ladies for a great experience. Best I ever had!!!!!

I became a customer of Sistado’s today 6/29/24. I’m new to Tulsa and like I told the ladies I am glad I don’t have to play trial and error. First spot is a WIN! I went in for a Retwist, Tori is my new stylist. What a personality on this chic. She is warm, friendly and welcoming. She took her time on my hair and asked me questions. She was very thorough and trust me!! Tori understood the assignment! My hair looks fresh and I know it will keep until my next appt. The price is fair and the salon is tidy and cute. Everyone I met today was cool and full of smiles and laughs. I’m looking forward to being a regular customer at this salon. Thank you team for saving me from going from salon to salon looking for my girl! A+++

Perfect first time experience! The staff here present you with the warm and welcome feeling that you wish for when you find that hole-in-the-wall. Highly recommend for anyone from experienced or inexperienced. This was FUN!! :)

Staff is always friendly and as a grandparent I like h9w affordable the salon is. I pay a fair amount for very fine grooming services. I'm so happy we found thiplace. e.

I love getting my services down at Sistado's! Dani ALWAYS gets me right with my nails and Renee throws down on my hair!!! It's always a wonderful experience everytime I visit. Everyone is very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend. Check them out!!!!

I'm so thankful for this Salon! The lady's here are welcoming, the environment is great for young, older and in between. Ja'Nice is the owner, very knowledgeable and personable. A true God find. Not only are they twisting and slaying these locs it don't stop there, braids, sewins, haircuts and not just for us of color but everyone is welcomed. Nail techs available too. God answered my call. Praises and thanks definitely up.

So many things I loved about this salon- 1. Consultations are an offered service. The fee is $15 for 15 minutes, which I found very reasonable. I booked this for my daughter as it had been some time since she had gotten her hair done and she has some unique hair needs. This allowed us to go and talk to a stylist to better understand which service would be best for her. 2. Tori did the consultation, but collaborated frequently with Janice to bounce ideas back and forth since we did have a unique situation. I love that the stylists are good at what they do AND at the same time are willing to collaborate amongst each other to ensure that we received the best information and care. 3. There was no judgment for where we were at in our hair journey. They met us where we were and helped to educate and set us up for future success. 4. Even though we went in for a consultation, we ended up getting my daughter a haircut as well. Tori was amazing at detangling her hair and then cutting her naturally curly hair. All in all, very pleased and will definitely return.

You will never be disappointed with the service from Janice and crew! I usually do a protective crochet style but changed it up to get a STS Silk Press. It is absolutely wonderful. I work out and sweat a lot and it has held up (even took a trip to humid Houston and it held up). Highly, highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied and cannot wait to go back! I’m in the army and relocated to this area and struggled for two years! Janice saved my life my hair hadn’t been trimmed for two years. I felt welcomed and relaxed. Plus she was extremely knowledgeable see you in May SistaDos!

Atmosphere is warm, inviting, knowledgeable. It's hard finding people who really know how to do hair and care about your hair. You don't have to worry about that at Sistado's you get BOTH and MORE!

absolutely beautiful braids and taper fade, tori killed it FOR REAL!!! also great environment very sweet people with great senses of humor, and were very informative!!:)) will be coming back
