Sister & Sister Hair Braiding

On January 4th, I asked for a specific braid style, and while the stylist followed my request, I didn’t like the outcome. The next day, I called to ask if I could just have the front part re-braided, but I never received a call or message back. When I went to the shop at 3 p.m. (on a Sunday), the door was locked, even though I was told they were open. On January 6th, I spoke to the owner over the phone after a staff member called her. She told me to come back the next day but didn’t ask for my contact details or offer a better solution, which I felt lacked good customer service.

I went to the braid shop and I requested 5 braids one down middle and two on each side my middle braid is not straight the two braids on side was sewed together and the lenght of the braids are not the same size it looks like I went to a beginner.not a professional I should have known when there is never no customers business is not good.

I loved them they about they money very sweet fast and patient I always will forever go to them they provide the hair unless you want boho you have to tell them ahead of time

Worst experience ever, Anta was very unprofessional. She talked on the phone more than she did my hair. I was originally told 3 1/2 hours which turned in to 6 hours only for my hair to be ugly and not close to what I asked for. I didn’t even mention that she was 30 mins late. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Bad business.

Been going here for years. Never had a problem. Always nice and professional. Always on time and hair gorgeous. I've had invisible, micro, box, crochet and goddess braids and cornrows. SLAYED everytime!!!

Ansta, Owner, said she could do tree braids and completed my hair in 5 hours on Thursday, 5/26/2022. My hair looks like a mop - horrible!!! DO NOT go to Sister Sister braiding or you will be giving away $180 or more for a service NOT rendered to your satisfaction. In the top of my hair Ansta has big cornrows in my head large as your index finger then very tight tree braids around the front of hair. She did not do as I asked to put regular corn rows at front side of hair AND even after I asked her to NOT put oil on hair cause it was synthetic she did so anyway and used mouse as well making the hair oily. She also used 1 pack of hair in my head I told her NOT to use she already had cause it was ugly. I am a business woman who is highly DISAPPOINTED! I could have paid for a cheap wig that looked better than my hair. I plan to take my hair down on Tuesday cause I cannot face the public this way. As a WARNING, DO NOT PATRONIZE Sister to Sister Braiding or you may be cheated like me!

Out of towner and true braid lover!! This place might lack the pretty decorations and the luxury furniture of big city braiding shops in Atlanta but the workmanship, dedication and patience that went into my head has and can not be beat ....I will be back and my hair is thankful my braids are tightly done and extremely neat. Thank you Antha for your handwork!

They are so nice and polite. Fees are affordable than most. Braids are tight of owners and baby sis is excellent. Braids a little heavy
