Jasmin was so wonderful she gave us a great deal and was able to dematte my daughter's hair and keep as much as possible. She was so happy with her haircut in the end. She Even stayed after hours to make sure she got done. Fantastic experience she was not judgemental at all and was able to fix the issue. I will continue to come here and even willing to go out of town to do so.

My kiddo says 100/100 stars! He is older and was treated very nicely, they did a great job with his thick hair and kept a casual, friendly conversation going so he felt comfortable answering questions when asked about how he liked his cut or if it needed changes. Excellent communication, easy peasy. Cutest location as always.

Stylist was late, looked very unprofessional when arriving to work, made very little efforts to engage with a four year old for their first haircut and explain what was happening, etc. Didn’t show her anything and instead of guiding her through the process, the first thing asked was do you want a screen. NO!! The feeling was we were burdening her. This may not have been her intention, however I hope she considers how her demeanor comes off toward others. My daughter did great for her first haircut, I would hate to see how she reacts to kids that have a difficult time. The cherry on top was the sign they use to photograph their first haircut appointment - it was missing an “i” for the word “haircut”. They said, “just ignore that part”. Ummm…ok?!? For a place that schedules first haircut appointments and advertises a photograph included with your $45 haircut, you would think the sign used could at least appear like a little effort was put into it. Unfortunately we will not be returning and for future families, my hope is they don’t waste their money for the “first haircut appt” at this establishment.

Thank you Sit Still! Our 18 month old son sat still during his last haircut and our daughter loves this salon as well. Maya did a great job with our son and remembered us from the last visit. She kept our son engaged to the movie and to keep his head straight for cutting his hair. Made the process seamless and smooth!

Jasmine was so patient and kind with my sensory sensitive daughter! She has been swimming nearly every day this summer and had a good deal of chlorine build-up in her hair. We have been coming to see Jasmine for my daughter’s haircuts/swimmers treatments for the past year and half. Jasmines sweet and soft spoken presence puts my daughter at ease which makes the experience enjoyable for both mom and kid.

Had to wait 10 + minutes, which was not the issue here. Anytime we go into a place of service, we know we may have to wait for someone to finish up - because that's the industry of people. My son is slow to warm to newer people and doesn't like people going fast in getting to know him. What I did have a problem with is a few things: 1. The person cutting my sons hair didn't feel warm and kind, more so annoyed. You would think that someone who works with younger children would have some tricks to help children feel at ease for their first hair cut. Maybe showing them the clippers, letting them feel and hear it before going in - but no. Just merely annoyed my child didn't want her going near him. 2. Her and the other sylist we were sitting next to, were conversating that "some children are so easy and good and don't care and some have hard times". Being that the child she had was glued to the screen showing Cocomelon they sat in front of the child. I totally understand that it's not easy having to work with squeamish crying children, but then, maybe adjust your outlook, as you work with children.. 3. Weren't even able to get a good hair cut in. Rat bites, patches of shorter and longer hair. Lesson learned. I watched youtubed and TikTok to learn and have been able to save $55 a month by cutting my sons hair.

My daughter loves this place and she’s had only great hair cuts… however every time we have gone we waited no less than 15 minutes for her appointment until the last time when we were 6 minutes late and they canceled as we were walking in the door. Extremely frustrating with a toddler.

They always make our child feel at-ease, cared for, and heard. We've gone here since her first cut. Over that time, she has gone from feeling anxious about having her hair cut to feeling excited. She has trust in the stylists to give her the cut that makes her feel confident + looks forward to neat (optional) updos like space buns. Really appreciate this place for making it a fun experience. As our kiddo has gotten a little bit older - I also really like how they gracefully balance giving her a feeling of autonomy while checking in with the parents on decisions. We've had a good experience with many stylists, and a special shoutout to Maya who has been our regular go-to now! Maya is AMAZING!

Don’t bother coming in here. Poor quality haircut. Basically a glorified Great Clips for children. Better off going to a real quality salon. Won’t be taking my child back.

It is pouring rain today and we had to arrive 7 min late because we had to drive from far. (Last time we turned up on time but had to wait 20 mins.) We were good with a 10 min haircut if they could do it, but was turned down. Our toddler in drenching rain and they were just purely rude. Would never ever come here again. A place that service children should have the basic compassion, the owner of this place does not have it. Plus, it was a lie by the front office associate to say she tried to find a different time. (Look at the business’ reply. She didn’t mentioned that at all. Maybe it is my kid’s mixed race that bothered her. He ran out crying and was acting up in the car for the entire time.) They’ve lost a potential life time customer. In today’s age, a complimentary haircut is cheap and easy to get. Being a compassionate person to children is hard to find and expensive.

Online scheduling system somehow allowed us to schedule with someone who wasn't working that day. Staff who WAS working were very accommodating and didn't make us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Very pleased with the end result, we will definitely be back

We first came here for baby's first haircut. Because it was a first haircut I wanted it to be special and a good experience, but I figured due to the cost it would probably be our first and last visit, but the service is so good we keep coming back. The stylist do a great job of asking what you want and making sure you are happy before you leave.The owner is the best, and the staff is so sweet! We were just in today to pick out a gift from the little shop area. I didn't have change for the mechanical horse and asked if they could break a dollar for me (I forgot they are cash free), and my child was disappointed. Then a few minutes later the woman I asked brought us 50 cents of her own money for a ride. It ment the world to us! My child looks forward to haircuts and loves any reason to come in to look at their cute merchandise, and so do I.

Jessa did a fantastic job with my 3.5 year old's first haircut. She helped her feel comfortable, asked her preferences, and was so kind listening to all the chatter. My daughter has long curly hair and Jessa talked me through styling tips and was extremely patient and helpful.

Great experience! Maya was great with my daughter, who can be shy due to her speech difficulties.She was patient and kind and delivered a fantastic haircut (my daughter has super thick hair). She took off several inches and thinned it out a bit and gave her layers. The extra’s (temporary color and glitter spray) made my girl feel special. We will definitely be back!

My daughter came here for her first salon experince. She has long wavy hair that is prone to tangle. Nikki was so kind and thoughtful with her, explained what she was doing the entire time, and gave her comfort and kind words when they worked through a snarl. My daughter left saying how much she loved it and felt Nikki really cared about her! We will absolutely be back for her next haircut.
