Came yesterday for the couples Massage Heaven! My partner and I booked a couples Thai massage, and it was AMAZING! We bought their package $399 valentine’s special. The ambiance was so peaceful, and the therapists worked in perfect sync. It was the best way to unwind together. If you're looking for a special date idea, this is it! I got therapist Janney and my wife got Susie. They’re the best and friendly people. Thank you so much ❤️

Ultimate Relaxation! I've had massages before, but NOTHING compares to the experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and calming. The therapist named Janney, knew exactly where to apply pressure, and I left feeling like a new person. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out on the best Thai massage in town! After the massage session, I decided to buy their special package as well $399 its really worth it!!

Yup, this is definitely will be my go to Thai massage. Perfect for stress relief. As someone who sits at a desk all day, my back and shoulders were constantly in pain. After just one session, I felt a huge difference! The stretching techniques and deep tissue work were exactly what I needed. Highly recommended Janney for anyone looking to relieve tension and feel refreshed.

Unfortunately, I agree with other recent reviews. Price has gone up and quality is way down. I love Thai massage, and have always loved this place, but tonight the massage was pretty terrible. She had no idea what she was doing. I actually thought that I might get injured a couple of times. For $200, there are better places.

I have been a long-time client here. I have had great experiences with most masseuse's, but there has been an off experience here and there and yesterday night was the worst massage I had ever had. I connected the dots and realized all my off experiences throughout the years most likely were linked to one particular masseuse. For some odd reason they refused to give me her name so I cannot avoid her service in the future. I went in, and requested my legs to be avoided during my service. This request has been observed by previous masseuse's. Off the bat, the lady I was with actually started to berate me for not wanting my legs to be massaged (what is the point of the intake form then?) She would not drop it, and became increasingly frustrated when I maintained my boundaries and declined getting my legs touched. I then received the most passive aggressive massage in which she did not once touch my skin, but instead stepped on me over the clothes for a whole hour. When I finally asked her if she was actually going to massage me instead of stepping on me. she started blaming me, yes blaming me for not getting my legs massaged and that the reason my experience was poor (I didn't say it was) was because I had chosen not to get my legs massaged. No, it's poor not because I didn't want my legs massaged but because you have some serious attitude and skill issue. Anyways, this was the first time I have ever not tipped somebody in service in ten years. Frankly I'm shocked that they thought it was alright to charge me $90 at the end for that experience. I held onto the hope that I could come back, but after sleeping on it, it simply is not worth it to come back after the terrible display of customer service throughout the administration and the worker.

Do not buy their package. They will expire it before you have a chance to finish it. Nothing on the card has expiration date. And they will not honor what is on the card. Do not trust this business

I saw Pearl today, my second time. She was wonderful. The pressures she applied where just right. I am not very flexible, but she read me like an open book, releasing me just before the pressure became pain. I can turn my head 90 degrees now. I could not this morning. Wonderful and professional all the way. Will see her again.

Me and my wife have been going to this facility for few years now. We have seen their focus on tip after the massage is over, but 2 weeks ago they crossed the line. I typically tip 25% every time, whether the massage is good or bad given that they put lot of effort (although we already pay for the massage which is paying for the effort) 2 weeks ago I had a 2 hour massage with Pearl and she did a good massage, but constantly talking so no chance to relax. After the massage was over when I came out, I took a tissue out of my pocket to wipe my eyes (i have watery eyes) and Pearl came running and grabbed my hand thinking thats the tip. (not cool) When I came to front desk Pearl demanded me to tip 60$, stating that there was another customer before me did a 1 hour massage and gave her 50$ tip. The lady in the front desk also joined with Pearl and kept repeating "she does hard work" multiple times. Felt unprofessional and ambushed and will never go to this place again. Tip certainly should be at the discretion of the customer. We go to get massage to relax, not to get ambushed for tips. Not going back here again.

I been going to the this place for the last 3 years and have had good masseuses. couple days ago i went and didn't have the best massage, after that when i went to the front i tipped the massuse and her and the girl at the front desk told me it is not enough tip. i always tip, as per my experience. i tipped her more because i felt ambushed and uncomfortable and then they ask for more.. it was a very uncomfortable situation and i will not be back there.

Got a 90 min deep tissue massage, masseuse clearly was inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing. Just rubbing randomly not focusing on specific areas for longer than 30 seconds at a time. I’ve had hundreds of Thai massages in my life and I always get them because they apply good strong and firm pressure, which this masseuse completely failed to deliver, considering this is a DEEP TISSUE massage. On the intake form I clearly circled very strong for the firmness. The biggest disappointment is the fact that she did not focus AT ALL on the area of focus that I very clearly labeled on circled on the intake form. Did not ease the tension on my body like Thai massages usually do, as a matter of fact I had to go home to use my foam roller. Waste of money and time and worst Thai massage I’ve ever had in my life. Please train your employees…

I made an appointment ahead of time. Accommodated their schedule. Only when I got there I was told they had to push my appointment out. I had a hard stop and couldn’t make it. I wish they had been honest with me so I didn’t have to waste my time driving there!!

Pearl is an excellent massage therapist!! She is extremely knowledgeable and pinpoints exactly what is needed. My daughter and I highly recommend her!!

Pearl is the BEST!! I work at a computer 12+hrs a day and that leads to lots of back pain. Pearl was able to relieve me of that by finding other areas contributing to my problem. Will defiantly be back, and recommending my my friends now as well.

This review is for Bela. I've gone to Siwaree Thai Spa for at least 20+ massages and didn't have a complaint until now. I would not recommend getting Bela. She is inexperienced when it comes to giving Thai massage. When she massaged, she only did it on one side and then only did the other side for 1 minute or less. She also doesn't get the pressure points. My friend also had her previously and had the same experience. Not a comfortable experience and didn't feel relax & loose after. I had tied my hair up for the massage as I normally do to get it out of the way and so that it doesn't get oily from the oil/balm that they use. She had taken my hair down and basically rub oil/balm throughout the entire massage. Although she was "massaging" it, it was basically just running her fingers lightly on my scalp. My hair is visibly oily after the massage (see picture).

Horrible old lady at the front desk, massage area is behind curtains so you can hear other walking by and overall not a relaxing place to be.
