I'm giving a three because the establishment in itself is nice but Bree, the nail tech, is not professional. She ate throughout my appointment and did a really poor job. Bree was not considerate of my time. I had to wait for someone else to finish my polish. The filing that Bree claimed would be done at the end was never done. I had to spend an hour filing my nails after I got home. My cuticles weren't cleaned up and the acrylic is all uneven. All my C curves are uneven. In 20 years of doing nails i have never been this dissatified.

This was suppose to be a exciting birthday surprise instead it was a gift from h e double hockey stick it took 4/5 hours for my toes regular polish then I schedule for nails the next morning and that took 4/5 hours just for it to come out like a 5 year old did the French tip I said I wanted short nails left out with medium long I said the French tip needed to be fixed she kept trynna use this brush she got odd Temu and it wasn’t working then kept sticking me under dryer saying she was gonna fix it after and never did and then after gonna say it’s $85 my sister was paying and was never told it would be $85 we were told $20 extra from Groupon mani /pedi which wasn’t done cause she didn’t cut my real nails down or clean them smh worse bday experience I went to another shop the next day didn’t even go to work I was so embarrassed and I get to Lee nails they asked me did I let a friend practice on me smh

I decided to try somewhere new because my regular nail tech started to make me feel it was never enough time to do what I wanted so I gave them a try but I will Not go back!! The young lady was very sweet but it was cringy watching her try to file my nails when hers was 2x longer than mine, the acrylic was very thick along with the polish and it looked lumpy and the sides had no polish, I will No longer have a closed mouth when it comes to service anymore my hard earned money went down the drain! She did ask was everything ok and I said yes to just pay and go.. if I would’ve said no all of it would’ve had to have been re done.. and she nor I had another 2 hours but just got my nails re done Today somewhere else and they look so good more money but this time we’ll worth it..

I purchased a Groupon , it was a great deal. I work very hard 10 , 11 , 12 hrs shifts. I would like to start by saying I was very appreciative of them squeezing me in , but if I knew it would feel rushed I would've asked for another day . The atmosphere was welcoming . My issue is I’m spending my hard earned money an I’m not all the way happy . The paint job could be way better but my feet are smooth and soft on the other hand . It’s hard enough to find a decent nail shop , that’s about quality an not just taking your money . I probably won’t return. I’m glad I didn’t spend more then 25 dollars, and this is gel polish . My big toes look bad . Other people are noticing , there’s no way a nail tech who’s passionate about what they do would let me walk out like this .

Honestly the pedicure part was a good start but as far as the work . I could’ve done this myself the social distance was ridiculous, not a happy customer but honestly I ain’t just wanna walk out without paying anything I’m not satisfied they seem unexperienced seems like they just wanna take customers for the money literally not the actual service that they want . Unprofessional and I won’t be back nor will I recommend them to anyone I know . My god….

I love the atmosphere and the energy. I booked a deluxe pedicure off Groupon. I scheduled at 3pm and I did not leave out til 5:30pm. I was frustrated at the length of time and the fact I didn’t receive everything I was suppose to for my deluxe pedicure. 2 people came in after me and left before me. I found that very unpleasant. I wanna give another try but not if I’m going to be sitting for 2.5 hours and not get everything that’s included.

I've been here a few times and enjoyed each time. Everyone is nice and professional. Last time I visited the woman that took care of me was awesome. She did a great job with my feet, nails, and eyebrows.

Gel fill by Carmen. My 2nd time there with her, I love that I found her. She's wonderful, her work is phenomenal!! I tell her my view and let her fly with it and do what she wants. I leave extremely happy with my nails & in a great mood. She is respectful, skillfull n funny. Go see her, u will be more than satisfied. The salon is clean, friendly, safe and very covid prepared. Since i walked in the 1st time the vibe was great and still is.You feel welcomed and part of their family. Thats important to me. Go u wont be disappointed!!

Having purchased a Groupon, I arrived on-time and had a brief wait, during which my nostrils grew accustomed to the chemical smells, common in a nail salon. The receptionist was kind and we chatted briefly, until I met my expert nail tech, Nancy. As an experienced nail tech, she was kind and mostly quiet, while I relaxed in a large massage chair and enjoyed her skillful care of my feet. She removed former gel polish with an electric buffer and provided a Deluxe pedicure with great care, communicating minimally, and allowing me to relax and enjoy. The results were exactly as I had hoped! Another nail tech was busy nearby with her client, socially distanced, and the owner, Sherita, stopped by to touch base. I would highly recommend Nancy and hope to visit this salon on another future trip.

I came for a full set however I wasn’t told debit or credit cards weren’t accepted I didn’t have cash so I let the young lady know who did my nails I would run across the street to get cash when I returned back which was only five minutes I was told she thought she was going to have to hunt me down which I found rude seeing as tho I was never told card wasn’t accepted This experience left a sour taste seeing as her work was great .

I travel from Richmond to S&J for my nail needs. All of the nail techs are wonderful and professional. I don't see me going anywhere else. It's definitely worth my drive. They are by appointment only. Give them a call. You definitely won't be disappointed 😌

Mani & pedi could have been better for the price i paid then after leaving they called and said the tech gave me the wrong price and i need to cash app her more money! Very unprofessional. AND TO THE REPLY ON MY COMMENT: I paid that woman BEFORE I left the amount she stated was owed, If that price wasn't correct how would I know? Bottomline, I paid that tech in full no matter how unprofessional it was to be unsure on your own pricing! she has her responsibilities too and I respect that. So your welcome :)

The person doing my nails and pedicure was new and she did a great job. The only problem was no gel polish selection. I had a few to choose from. However she was pleasant and kind.
