Each visit with Cate at Skin and Wax is luxurious. She is the ultimate professional and has created a comfortable, relaxing environment in which to be pampered. Her knowledge and attention to your specific needs are always addressed. I always leave with a "new" face glowing and clear. Its hard to leave after such an heavenly treat. ps. Be sure to book early as she is talented as well as busy!

Not your typical facial. So many extras with no feeling of being rushed. Heat applications and the aroma makes for the most relaxing and calming facial you will ever have! Cate is so knowledgeable and never stops learning the best and latest skin products and procedures. The product she uses is the best, dermalogica, and Cate is a licensed dermalogica expert. Takes time to attend shows and forums and uses the latest state of the art equipment and products. She explains her procedures and product and makes sure it is right for you and is always implementing new techniques in her sessions with you. I have been goIng to Cate since she started and she only gets better and better. You will be hooked after your first experience with Cate. I highly recommend Her to anyone who is serious about keeping their skin young and youthful.

Cate is fantastic! She really can customize your facial to what your skin needs at that time- I don't think I have had the exact same thing twice. I always leave with better looking skin than when I entered the spa. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Cate’s for almost 10 years and absolutely love every service at Skin & Wax, from brow treatments to facials, to the products she recommends, and just being with her during my appointments leaves me feeling so fulfilled and like I’m doing the best I can for my skin. I can not say enough good things about Cate and her craft! I have shorter eyelashes and have been searching for a while for someone that could really make the most of my lashes and give me the lift and look I was wanting. Cate is that someone! She listened and definitely understood the assignment! I absolutely LOVE my lashes and they last! We even tried different techniques to ensure I was getting the best look possible. I have been going to her for a while now, she has my trust and her playlist is great too! I did experience an unpleasant person stalking her business at my last appointment, the Karen’s are everywhere. Don’t let one opinion deter you, experience for yourself, Cate is great!

I get my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes lifted and tinted every 6 weeks. The results are amazing. These little tweaks make me feel more confident and put together. Cate is also amazing. She’s super patient and always answers my many questions about skin care. (Since I’m getting older, I’ve been trying to take better care of my skin.) I highly recommend Skin and Wax. Great business.

I have been getting the lash lift and tint along with the wow brow for about 8 months now. After following Skin and Wax and FB I finally made my apt and got my first treatment. Let me just say I was so impressed. I gifted my MIL a treatment and she also loved it. I have been going back every 6-8 weeks since my first visit.

I just had my lashes tinted and lifted for the first time and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! I can’t stop looking at my lashes! The experience was great. Super clean and a cute little studio office. Each step in the process was explained to me, and I was in and out quicker than the appointment time. I would absolutely recommend Skin and Wax. Be prepared, though, to not get in right away. She’s so good that she’s booked up. But once you’re on her list, you’ll get emails with openings that pop up.

Kate is so professional, always on time. (Very understanding when I’m late, because I fight traffic to get to her location) She can provide a wealth of knowledge on skin care and products specifically for your skin. I get my lashes lifted and tinted and love the results every time. She even gave me advice about micro blading my eyebrows and helped me decide what would look and last long for me even though it’s not a service she provides. I love all the products she carries and the local candles and additional little things she has for sale. Ambiance of the spa is always great with music that is never the same. It’s always a relaxing visit. Could not recommend her more. :) 10/10 !

I’ve received some facials and waxing services from Cate and I couldn’t be happier with the services I’ve received. She’s so professional, ALWAYS on time, and thorough!
