I saw Dawn for a consultation, as I was unsure what would best benefit my skin. She took her time consulting with me and we decided on the fire and ice facial. My face has never felt smoother or more hydrated! She also recommended I try her HA boosting elixir moisturizer, and I can confidently say that was the best purchase I’ve ever made. With combination skin, I start the day with very dry skin, but by the end of the day I’m very oily. I’ve never been able to find a moisturizer that meets my needs until this. I would highly recommend Dawn for all your skincare needs!

Dawn Miller has been my esthetician and friend for many years. I trust her advice completely! I usually don’t have a plan when I come see her; I just let her do her magic and she always makes me look my very best. I also turn to her for advise on which skin care products to use. There have been times I’ve lived out of state and I would return to StL so that I could see Dawn. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!

Dawn is AMAZING. So friendly and loves what she does. Val the injecting nurse gave me Botox and lip filler, both turning out amazing, I’ve gotten lip filler for years and this is the best it’s ever looked. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Dawn is so knowledgeable and she really listens to you! Over the years I have received many facials, the best skin care and tons of wonderful advice. Most recently Dawn recommended the BioRepeel. WOW! My face and neck is firmer and my dark spots on my chest are lighter. I Highly recommend this facial. I have already scheduled my second one. Dawn is truly one of the best! You walk in as a customer but leave as a friend. Skin and Body Bar - Every visit is a 5-star experience! These ladies are the BEST!

Dawn has been my medical esthetician since 2018 .. been taking care of my skin with facials and such for over thirty years and have been around the block as far as STL spas go. She did a new peel on me yesterday (7/29/24) and the results were amazing .. fine lines reduced around my mouth and my whole face and décolletage are glowing still!! You have got to go see her for the best medical spa treatments around!

I had the plasma pen done on my eyes, and it is absolutely amazing. It lifted and tightened my eyes. Dawn is extremely professional And provides the best customized treatments With excellent follow up.

This is a fantastic establishment! The owner, Dawn, really cares about the clients that come through. There was a misunderstanding about a service and she went above and beyond to rectify it! She was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful about treatments and products that would be good for my skin care goals and interests without pressuring me to purchase. Highly recommend Dawn and this business!!!

I did the PRX-T33 treatment with Dawn Miller and my face looked amazing immediately after the treatment. I could feel my face was tighter and my pores were smaller. Dawn is great! I started going to Dawn a little over 2 years ago. She is so knowledgeable and always knows what treatment will serve me best at the time. I’ve had many people (even strangers) compliment me on how healthy my skin looks. She has gotten me on a good skin regiment and I try to get in to see her every 4-6 weeks. My only wish is that I would have started going to her sooner!

The moment I walked in and noticed the beautiful condition of the facility; I knew I was in good hands. This Med Spa has a feel of comfort with exceptional customer service. Dawn Miller customized the facial treatments just for me, and the skin damage I already had. She explained how to avoid future skin damage. My face feels and looks so much better now, and I love how my wrinkles are so diminished! After my spa treatment, I decided to get a Vitamin B-12 shot from the Nurse (a lovely woman) and am loving the increased energy, and am sleeping better too! I'm so lucky and excited that I have found a place that I can go to for so many different procedures. I've highly recommended them to my friends and family; and I will be back very soon!
