I came to Lucy med spa because I needed help with my acne and hyperpigmentation. I have dark skin btw.(African American) The first time I went in, I got my consultation, and she did the acne treatment on me. After a day, my acne was completely gone. I have come back for the microneedling procedure for my hyperpigmentation, and I am very pleased with my visit. She gives certain creams after the procedures to help with the healing, acne, or scar brightening. Thank you so much Lucy!

First and Foremost I've never been someone with Bad Skin, but as a past Athlete over time I developed Sensitive skin. However, it wasn't until recently after being diagnosed with Pruritic Papular that areas on my body took a turn for the worst and although my Doctor was able to treat the diagnoses from the Inside. Unfortunately it left scars. Scars that a Dermatologist could not remove. After researching Procedures that could help remove scars I discovered Microneedling, but it wasn't until I Googled Microneedling near me that I came across the Skin by Lucy website. After booking an appointment I spoke with Lucy directly (No middle man), she was Polite, Patient and very Knowledgeable about Skin. I knew then that she was the right Professional for me. So far I've had two treatments. After my first treatment I saw Great results which led to me returning for my Second treatment. I wish I came sooner, I got a hydra facial and loved it. I can see so much improvement with just the one session. I have large pores and a little acne scares that have much improved smoother surface. The lady I had was very nice but I ended up breaking out right after the facial. She even complimented that I have really clear skin. I never get acne but I was broke out everywhere even my eyebrows! The machine must have not been cleaned I'm assuming. And did not get the time I paid for. It was 150$ for 40- 50 minute hydrofacial ..I was only back with her for 30 minutes. It definitely was not worth 150$ to have a facial that gave me acne. And during that time I also paid via Zelle so it was definitely no where near the 40-50 minutes. I feel kind of ripped off to be honest.

I also bought their moisturizer and I have never used anything that hydrated my face like this. I’ve tried dozens of moisturizers from Kiel’s to LaMer and it is seriously the best! Also loving the essential oil massage lotion. Smells great and really energized me. I just had my 2nd microneedling sessions on my face and stretch marks on my stomach with LED lights, hydro facial and several milia removed. I am super impressed already and actually noticed results after my first session! The LED light after is key to help healing and activate collegian production.

I had a great experience at Skin by Lucy Med Micro-needling Hydro facial with LED Light . The results are very quick . I see a lot of change after my second sitting . Reduced face blemishes, scars , wrinkles and black spots .. Total I had 4 sittings Lucy is very friendly. I recommend going to Lucy for facial skin problems.
