I mean look at all the great reviews! Brenda is great at what she does. I used to have terrible acne to the point where my whole face would hurt. I started going to her and my acne slowly started subsiding. She is so knowledgeable and will give you tips on what to use. This is the only place I would ever go.

We were there in September 6, 2023, it was a great experience, we had the the facial and bought the products, my husband has been using the products for years since they opened, his face looks like he never ages no wrinkles, I bought the product for myself and I’ve seen a difference. Best facial ever. Brenda gave my face a good cleaning and really moisturized it. She really paid attention to my skin, asked me questions about my cleaning & moisturizing routine and gave me great feedback & tips. It’s been 9 hours & my face still feels amazing. Definitely will be back.

I was blessed to hear about LED therapy at a conference. When I shared with Benda she informed me she provided this service. Since I was considering a surgical solution to my wrinkles, I had nothing to loose. The Celluma LED therapy in a short two months has restored my skin. Wrinkles have softened, skin is brighter and firmer. Surgery had certainly been delayed if not cancelled altogether. Thanks, Brenda.

This was my very first facial ever. I loved it! Super relaxing, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Brenda was great, she explained the different steps of the facial and always checked in to make sure I was feeling okay. Definitely going back for more. Highly recommend Skin Care Retreat!

Danielle is the best esthetician in the 915 or anywhere for that matter. Everytime I’m in town, I make it a point to see her for some TLC for my skin. She has recommended a perfect routine for my skin and continuously receive compliments. I would recommend her to anyone wanting some “me time”, relaxation, and great information for healthy skin. I feel refreshed and renewed after a facial with her and I know that you will feel that same.

Melinda gives the best massages in El paso. I reccomend her to all my friends, family and co-workers. My favorite is the hot stone backrubs. She's a miracle worker when I have a cranked neck, aching back or stiff joints. Gift cards also make one helluva Birthday gift. She's also super friendly and the prices are spot on.

Amazing. Excellent. Professional. Understanding. I loved my Deluxe Acne facial with Brenda. This was my first time getting a facial and Brenda took her time to understand my personal skincare needs, explain the process, and make sure I stayed comfortable through the entire process. Brenda took her time through the process making sure to thoroughly complete the procedure. The environment was calming, peaceful, and most importantly sanitary. All COVID procedures were followed. Brenda made useful skin care recommendations without being pushy about selling product. I HIGHLY reccomend. I will certainly be returning and making recommendations to my friends and family!

I totally recommend this place!! I had been having terrible adult (cystic) acne mostly on my chin that I couldn't get rid of. I tried everything! I even went to a derm which was able to temporarily get rid of my acne with medication and since that didn't work the next step was Accutane. I really wanted to avoid going that route so I decided to look for a place for facials. Skin retreat popped up and had great reviews and now I know why! Ms Brenda is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what could be causing my acne. My skin is still not perfect cuz there's no such thing but the cystic acne on my chin hasn't come back in 2 -3 months( I've been going with her once a month for 7 months) and my confidence has also returned. She also never pushes the products she sells which I found a relief from other places I've gone. (I did end up buying a sunscreen from her tho because it smelled amazing everytime she would use it on me haha). She will also recommend other more affordable products. If you're thinking about trying this place just stop thinking and call and book an appointment you won't regret it! :)

Brenda took very good care of me when she did my facial. She was informative about what she was putting on my face and made sure I was always comfortable with it. The space is extremely relaxing and clean. I'm thinking of going in for a peel, by far the lowest price I've seen in town. Loved it!

I have very sensitive skin and have always been hesitant to try any facial since every facial product I had tried would irritate my skin. This was my first facial I had done and the experience with Brenda was great! She explained everything every step. None of the products she used irritated my face. Very professional, they will assess your skin and customize your visit to what you need, from extractions, high frequency, proper exfoliation, pore maintenance or even just a relaxing facial. I highly recommend for breakouts and post breakout skin care.

Irene is awesome at her work!! I am surprised that her talents are available in El Paso. She is very detailed and very clean with her waxing. Out of all the waxing places in town, going with Irene has been the best decision. I did not leave disappointed with my brows, especially since there was a lot going on up there. She left them clean and I didn't need to go home to pluck stray hairs!!! I do want to add that Irene listens to you!! My mother had eyebrows that were messed up from a previous waxer in town and Irene was able to work magic!!!! The arch that was taken away is starting to be reshape thanks to Irene.

I have been here for a few months but my hometown is in Florida. I have been getting my facials and peels out there for about a year and I love them. I was afraid of trying one here in El Paso but I must say the Skin Care Retreat is absolutely amazing!!!! I recommend to anyone who wants a good facial and to relax thru the whole process!
