Bought a package of 3 laser treatments for Brazilian bikini. In the first treatment they were questioning why I paid so little for my treatments, eventough it was their promotion. Then proceeded with my first treatment with the technician and it was ok. She gave me a quote for 3 more treatments and I said I would get it and pay it in the next treatment. When I came in for my second treatment the technician and the paper with my quote was gone and the doctor did not honor it, which I said ok. The doctor did the laser procedure and I did not see ANY RESULTS at all. On my third visit, I expressed my concerns and the doctor gave me an excuse and asked ME if I wanted her to do it stronger (?). I said maybe that's what's going to solve the problem. So she did it "stronger" and I still did not see any results!! It is a waste of money and time, front desk is extremely disorganized (keep mistaking my appointments) and doctor doesn't seem to know what she's talking about when it comes to laser treatments. Extremely disappointed - now I have half my bikini lasered off and half not 😐.

If I could rate higher then 5stars I would! I had a PRP treatment done & the results were AMAZING! I would highly recommend Skin Celebration Medspa.. She is so knowledgeable and really takes care of all of her patients. My skin has dramatically improved since seeing her and I am forever grateful to the care she has provided.

If I didn't have to even give it one star, I wouldn't. Rudest "doctor" office I've ever been to, especially staff. I've been going there since august and I had the best treatments and service up until an employee quit. When she quit, I tried getting my money back for services I paid for but have not completed yet but the doctor refused so I said okay lemme just give it a chance and finishes these services. Well from the last month I've been there til now, they have already changed 2 different techs.. that should tell you much. They office closes at 5, but the doctor leaves at 4!! And they schedule appointments after 4. Not sure how that works. They take your money and make an excuse for any questions regarding why they do this. The doctor also never gives her employees the tips they have earned. I had an appointment today at 4, when I called to confirm an employee had to told me that she couldn't even find my name on the list which was strange to me because I got a text saying I had an appointment. Closer to my appointment, I was running late so I called back in which Anna answered and again I confirmed if it'll be okay I'm running late and as I AM ON THE PHONE she is talking rudely to the doctor as I'm listening. And she asked if I could be rescheduled because the doctor leaves at 4 and I said no because I couldn't any other day. Which in most cases if you want a patient to come back, you try to please them and go on their time when you close at 5! 3rd time this has happened to me. Anyways, doctor agreed for me to come in 10 mins late. Anna Calls me back exactly 10 mins later and asks where I am and I said I'm on the street but there's traffic, again asks to reschedule as I'm DOWN THE STREET and I said no. As I'm explaining to her, she says ok and hangs up in my face while I'm still talking. So I call back, and someone else answered and I told her I knew she was there listening to this whole conversation and she tried to tell me she was helping a patient but I know the office and this lady only works up front. Also to include, for some reason the doctor will not speak to a patient on the phone. Not sure how they are still in business and expects patients to return back. Rudest staff and doctor ever! Let me not forget, she tells her employees to write good reviews so it's not patients it's the employees doing reviews. If anyone can help me to find any other way to make sure the world knows about this office, let me know!!

Regarding laser treatments this doctor have no clue of what she is doing ... waisted money, big time. If you are looking for laser treatment go somewhere else!!!
