I love skin damsel! I have been seen by Cari for dysport injections and I’ll never let another touch my face. She is beyond knowledgeable and honest (which is hard to find). When I am seen by her, she listens to my needs but, also gives her recommendations. She is truly the best around! I have also seen Jessica for IPL treatments and she is just as amazing. Everyone that I have seen here are beyond knowledgeable in their field. If you are second guessing going here, don’t. I drive from Fort Worth to Dallas just to go here. I will never go anywhere else.

I had such a great experience with Zaina! She really listened to my concerns and made sure to customize everything for my skin, which i really appreciated. My results have been amazing!! Cari is an AWESOME injector!! She works magic!! I have been going to her for several years and the results are always amazing and I am always so pleased! She is very educated and highly skilled at what she does, I would never trust anyone else to do my injections but her. She is so kind, personable and just fun to be around. Once you use her you’ll never use anyone else! I would highly recommend Cari!!

If you want to look amazing, get educated, age gracefully and never be upsold - this is the Med Spa in Dallas for you! Bernice and her team are SO informative and supportive of a natural, graceful aesthetic which has been so refreshing (and kinda hard to find in Dallas). Skin Damsel is open on weekends, has a fabulous newly remodeled space (thank you winter storm of 2021), ample parking, accepts card payments and offers several skincare product lines. Was truly blessed when a coworker told me about Skin Damsel and so glad that she did ✨

This place is so amazing even Aphrodite herself comes down from Mount Olympus to get all her beauty needs done. If you don’t come here then you might as well just stay home and let Mother Nature do its thing. As for my wife and my money they go to Skin Damsel…
