Tara goes above and beyond with her clients... before even meeting me she texted me asking about my skin problems. After explaining to her what I was dealing with and showing her pictures of my skin, she gave me loads of personal recommendations on ways to improve my skin health and products to eliminate... all information granted free of charge. She is really sweet and knows what she's talking about!

I am so thankful I found Skin Deep and Tara when I moved to Tampa a few years ago. After struggling with skin issues my entire life, I can truly say now it has never looked better. Tara is amazing! I was going to a cheaper esthetician before her and it was doing nothing to help my skin. After several people recommending Tara to me, I realized it was time to invest in my skin. What I love about Tara is that she is never try to sell me on in-spa skincare products that are overpriced and don't work. The other thing I love about Tara is that she really tries to solve the root of your skin issue. Mine is acne. She took the time to go over the ingredients in my makeup, skin care products, birth control options, dermatologist prescriptions, diet, etc. After trying everything and nothing working, we realized that it was time for me to consider accutane. Instead of just taking my money and making come back for facials every month that weren't going to solve the root of the problem, she suggested accutane which means that she will be losing my business temporarily while I solve my acne problem medically. Not every esthetician will put their client's needs before money. Tara is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a specific skin issue or just wants to be pampered!

Tara is the best! Knowledgeable, professional, clean and very welcoming. I have been trusting her with my skin for a couple years! After just the consultation, Tara had given me some great suggestions for my skin care routine and suggested a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. After the first treatment my skin felt so smooth! She looked over the products I currently use and decided on what to continue using so it wouldn’t interfere with the treatment. With every treatment after that, she remembers my skin type and what will work best for me. Tara will always make sure to give you the best bang for your buck by offering her advice and sharing knowledge. My skin has never looked better and I owe it all to Tara! She is highly invested in her clients. I would highly recommend if you are looking for skin care options in Tampa!

With never having a facial before or really any prior experience caring for my skin other than what I saw influencers using on Instagram, I was not sure what to expect. All I can say is this girl is AMAZING! She is so honest and took the time to hear my looooong history of horrible PMS issues, reviewed the list of “trending” products I was pouring on my face and we went through it all, step by step. After my first visit, my skin feels so soft and the blemishes I have are already healing, if not healed already (writing this review two days after my visit). Even my husband has stopped me on multiple occasions to compliment my skin!! Looking forward to my next visit!

As a new customer shopping around the web for an excellent esthetician, all I had to base my judgement off of were the ratings and reviews of prior customer experiences. You can probably say the same goes for you as you read through these reviews on Tara’s business. If I could give Tara 10 stars ⭐️ it would have been done after the first appointment that I had with her last year. She’s taught me so much about my skin and graciously walked me through the entire process of healing my skin from the inside out. Almost a year later and ya girls skin is phenomenal and I’ve gained a great friend! With that said, there is a particular rating and review in here that doesn’t quite match the others, and from reading that persons review, I’ve gained the knowledge that they have never had a personal, one-on-one experience with Tara, nor have they ever spoken to her directly or have even been in the same room to experience her excellent service. All-in-all I’d like to encourage you to base your decision on concrete personal interaction with Tara, not by someone who hides behind a screen assuming and berating another person that they have never met with harsh words! 😁

Couldn't imagine using anyone else to help me with my skin! My skin has never looked better and I owe it all to Tara. HIGHLY recommend microneedling with her! She gives solid advice and is invested in making sure your skin is glowing. Go see her!

I’ve been going to Tara for a couple years now and since I’ve been going my skin has never looked better! Before going to Tara I had cystic breakouts, scaring and was just a hot mess. Now my cystic breakouts are a thing of the past and my skin is so much smoother with her microneedling treatment. Tara is very knowledgeable about her profession and is always learning about new techniques. She makes you feel so welcomed. She is by far the best for your skin care needs.

Tara is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the science behind skincare, and won’t sell you anything you don’t need/won’t work for your skin. She’s a pleasure to be around, and I was comfortable asking questions and having a dialog about my skincare goals. Highly recommend!

Tara is amazing! She doesn’t just listen to you and do whatever you say or ask for to make a dollar and as a client, it is the BEST thing about her!! She listens to you but she listens to your skin first and foremost! She won’t pressure you to add on services or products at all but she will suggest what is best for you to achieve the skin you want. Her knowledge and experience truly shows and she’s an absolute professional! I am so grateful for Tara for not only providing an excellent service, but for teaching me about my skin and only doing and suggesting what is in my best interest. I would recommend her any day of the week and I will definitely be back! Thanks Tara!!

Tara is an AMAZING esthetician! I have been with Tara since August 2018 to help with my cystic acne and pigmentation issues. She is truly knowledgeable and extremely informative. My skin has drastically improved with her services and products for my skin type. I highly recommend seeing Tara and her studio is great location in Tampa.

This person is a con artist. She is stealing other people’s photos and posting them on her Instagram page, claiming she helped them change their diet and cleared up their skin. She is posting the photos of people she has literally NEVER EVEN MET. Do not be fooled. The person who’s photo she stole used accutane to clear up her skin.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I recently made a new acquaintance, and I was blown away by her glowing, ethereal skin. I later met two more of her friends- and they all had the coveted instagram filter, glass-skin look (and they also revealed they do not wear foundation!). When I begged for their secret, they referred me to Tara at Skin Deep. I've had two appointments already, and I can honestly review that she is the most knowledgeable, invested, and miracle-working skincare expert I have ever visited (including multiple dermatologists). Her own amazing skin is a walking billboard for her skills. Trust me on this, make the appointment and watch for yourself as your skin transforms...
