Extremely disappointed in this company. I made an appointment for a BBL laser over the summer. When I made the appointment, no one told me over the phone it would just be a consultation because they don’t do lasers in the summer. I rebooked the appointment in January to come back, and when I arrived, they told me I couldn’t get it done because I had applied self tanner 5 days prior which was never communicated to me once via email or phone. I’ve now made two 30-min trips each way to this location for absolutely nothing due to extremely poor communication from their staff. I will not be returning. What an absolute mess.

got a deal w them off of groupon, so happy i did! i do wish i knew that they price match to those deals though because it would’ve liked to support them more directly :) Tatiana (definitely spelled that wrong) was my girl and it was like talking to a scientist lol she knew EVERYTHING there was to know (and was able to explain it so i could understand lol) and made me feel way more comfortable and confident trying something new like this! This was my 1st time there, and I was in and out in like… 25 minutes… amazing. can’t wait to keep going back for laser hair removal :) they have a great referral program too so if this review helps you, feel free to use my name!! helps us both :)

I love skin envy! Not only are the prices the best in Austin, the people who work here are amazing! Dustin did my Botox and made me feel completely comfortable with my fear of needles, and my results are amazing!! Mahlon was incredibly helpful when booking my appointment and explaining to me the procedures and all my options. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been coming here for my Dysport and have been so pleased with the results every time. The injectors are always friendly, knowledgeable, and make helpful suggestions. I recently decided to try a BBL laser treatment to improve my skin’s appearance. The whole process went smoothly and I am so excited to see my results! I even signed up for their membership program which seems like a really good value. I’m looking forward to trying more treatments and improving my skin in the coming months!

Xana gave me an exceptional skin consultation for my reddish cheeks. Dustin made my first time getting Dysport seamless. I am looking forward to my before and after pictures.

I’ve had many treatments here with them for a multitude of things and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. They have always been transparent with pricing, are always so kind, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. 10/10 would recommend every single time.

This used to be such a great establishment but as of late they do not operate their business in the way they should. They will charge you fees and cancel appointments if you’re running late but there’s no accountability when an aesthetician does not show up for your facial appointment. Spending 40 minutes round trip just to be told the person isn’t showing up for your appointment is incredibly frustrating. Hire people who check their calendars in the morning and can manage their schedules like an adult. If I have to pay for a service I’m late to they should be charged for not showing up to an appointment and wasting my time. This in no way is a reflection of Mel. She has always been great and is amazing and the best injector I’ve gone to but I’m unsure if I want to continue to support this business which sadly means I may need to find a new injector.

I went to Tatiana for my first ever laser hair removal and I was extremely nervous. She did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable by explaining the process in great detail and also asking what my desires were to figure out which areas we wanted to address with the laser hair removal. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants laser hair removal to go to Tatiana! I’m excited to continue my sessions with her!

I've been loyal to a specific injector for two years. When I showed up they let me know she left. I was not prepared to not see her which I thought is not fair. I don't want a random person injecting my face. I didn't think the replacement did a good job and then she tried to bad talk my injector. Which I thought was so childish. I didn't think the results looked great. Don't go here.

Olivia is incredible for any of your Dysport or Botox needs! She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products when asked. She took the time to go over my problem areas either me and recommend any other areas we wanted to address as well. I do not do well with needles but when I explained this to her she made sure to be understanding and also help distract me from thinking about them. Olivia is great for any of your tox needs!!

Sweet and friendly staff. Dustin did my lip filler he did an absolutely amazing job!! I was nervous going into it since it was my first time. But he took the time to explain and show me what he was going to do first. I am obsessed with my new lips, and I’ll be going back for botox.

Amazing experience! This was one of my first outings as a first time mom and Destiny went out of her way several times to help with my baby and make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care. She even helped me get my baby in the car! Dustin was my injector and was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable and just made my experience great overall. They both deserve a raise :p
