If you have sensitive skin or have never had a chemical peel before, I think this would be a great place to start! As someone who doesn’t have sensitive skin and has had many chemical peels, I got one and didn’t end up peeling at all. I asked her during the process to put extra layers because I could tell it was doing nothing on my skin, and thankfully she did, but there was only the most minimal flaking around the mouth for a day. The customer service was great and Nancy was so nice! I also got a slight head and shoulder massage while the layers were setting, which I haven’t gotten from a peel before! It also includes the post peel PCA kit (great products & peel!) so for the price it’s a good deal. Overall it was a great experience, just not the level or results I’d expect to get from a chemical peel.

Skin Honey was a great experience, but I can’t bring myself to give it a perfect score. If you want a facial just for the skin benefits and aren’t interested in finding a relaxing experience, you can disregard my review and treat it as a 5-star. But if you’re looking for a facial for relaxing purposes, here is why this experience was short of perfect for me personally. Nancy is clearly a great esthetician—she knows what she’s doing and she has picked a great combination of cleansers, lotions, and masks that leave the skin feeling hydrated and refreshed (plus, the smells are great). BUT the massage portion of the facial leaves much to be desired. Her hands move quickly and all around your face, and it feels more business than pleasure. I’d appreciate it if slowed down more and took her time with her movements. Also, there were TWO times during the facial that she left me alone on the bed for 10 minutes to let the mask set. Why not just do a shoulder massage for 10 minutes during this time? I dunno. But I’ve had around 80-100 facials/microderms in my life, and this was my first facial where the esthetician wasn’t even in the room for 1/3rd of the process. Very strange, and an inefficient use of time, which comes out of your pocket at a fairly steep price of $130 plus tip. LA prices though, am I right? Lol I’ll leave this review on a good note: it was easy to schedule some time, and they serve complimentary water bottles and starry soda cans from the lobby fridge.

This is my first time coming to this place and it was wonderful !!!! I got my facial by Nancy and she was the best !!! She was very gentle and patient. She was very informative also and I left glowing happy and confident . Highly recommend this place 10/10 .

Wow! Nancy was incredible. I wasn't expecting to get such a great skin consultation. Navy reviewed my skin and shared what would be beneficial and what would be harmful. I felt so amazing during the entire experience and can't wait to make this a regular part of my skin care.

It was my first time getting a facial and Nancy went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Overall it was a very relaxing experience. The relaxing ambiance and Nancy’s gentle technique almost put me to sleep. My skin has never felt so refreshed before & I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Ever since I started seeing Nancy a few months ago, my skin has absolutely transformed, and I haven’t seen my skin this clear in years! I trust and appreciate Nancy so much and I look forward to my appointments with her every month because I always leave with my skin glowing and hydrated! She also listens to my concerns, patch tests every product to see if it’s okay for my sensitive skin, and explains every step of what she’s doing. I highly recommend Nancy because she puts all her love and care into your skin!

It was my first time to have a treatment with Nancy. I booked a facial appointment with her. She was very polite and honest with my skin situation and recommended products for me to use and made a plan on how to treat my acne moving forward. She was very sweet and accomodating. Plus she’s Thai so extra nice. I got interested in going to have Thai massage too in the same establishment she shares her business with. Supporting Thai business all the way.

Nancy is fantastic! She’s thorough, knowledgeable and treats my skin exactly what it needs. I appreciate that she keeps track of my skin’s progress at every visit and helps me fine tune my skincare routine at home. She also gave me advice on how to care for my body from the inside out because it ultimately affects how my skin reacts.

This is the only person I go to for my skin needs. Nancy is as caring about me as a human as she is with my face.
