As a business owner, I am a stickler for good customer service. The first thing I look for is how the staff answers the telephone and the other is how I am treated once I walk into the establishment. I can honestly say that when you walk into Skin NV, The staff treats you as if you are the only one there. I received 100% attention. Not only did they help in deciding what services would be best for me, they also helped me with the financial part by offering me the option to buy gift cards, which gave me a little extra money toward my services. I decided to go ahead and buy my daughter a gift certificate for a Hydro facial, so they wrapped up this really neat little package for me so I could give it to her at our Christmas party. I had Vitti Pure injections and Xeomin. I will do updates later after I see the results, but I can tell you that my technician was very gentle and explained everything to me as she was performing the service. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a Med spa. Kaisa did my initial consultation and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Chloe did the numbing and assisting, and Kasey did the procedure. Everyone was excellent. I am a die hard fan now. If you are nervous about getting procedures done, this is the place for you. They will make you feel like a rockstar!

I love this med spa. They are knowledgeable and such kind ladies. They will not try to sell you. They really aim to help your skin care needs. I’v been more than pleased since I walked through their doors. The owner is amazing and the staff is wonderful. They stand behind their word. Wonderful place!!

My mom and I have been here twice now for Hydrafacials and we adore Cristina. She’s really good at making my mom relaxed and at ease and she’s so fun and easy to talk to. We always laugh and have a fantastic time while also leaving looking glowing and beautiful. Couldn’t recommend facials with Cristina more. We’ll be back!

Disappointing hydrafacial. I have done hydrafacial in many places, matter fact all over USA, but the hydrafacial I got last time was completely bs, barely used the machine, maybe 1 minute total in a hour long facial??? and the machine wasn’t even hooked with the filter? Super suspicious, didn’t feel like a real hydrafacial. Basically a felt like a rip off, waste of money. Super disappointed. Hope they will do something about that.

I live in Plant City and am very much a passenger princess! But it is worth the drive to Tampa for me to see Kasey S. for all of my dysport/filler needs! I have gotten treatments from other places and none compare to her techniques to distract you from very minimal pain. But to be honest I’m the biggest baby on earth and I will continue to make the drive to see her for the experience and my results! Clean and esthetically appealing atmosphere. Everyone at the office is super warm and welcoming as well!

Marie and Jill are literally a skin altering duo. I’ve received so many compliments on my skin since seeing Marie for facials- she’s extremely honest about what works best and won’t try to oversell you on anything excessive. Jill knows exactly how to enhance your skin through neurotoxins, etc where no one can even tell you’ve had that work done!

I spent over $10,000 on Sculptra BBL injections, and it was a complete waste of money. The results were nonexistent—it made no noticeable difference at all. Don’t make the same mistake I did and throw away your hard-earned savings on empty promises.

Mary at the Odessa Skin NV is definitely a master at injecting. She knows exactly what to do in her placement of filler for a super natural yet effective outcome. In addition she’s gentle leaving little to no bruising with her technique. Definitely recommend.

Skin NV is a relaxing, quality experience the moment you walk in until you leave. The ambience puts your mind at ease and prepares it to be pampered. I was graciously offered water and coffee as I waited for my appointment by Ms. Lexi, who made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of the entire experience. I received an informative consultation from Ms. Courtney and Ms. Kaisa, where both ladies listened to my skin concerns and provided great options for improvement. Ms. Marie gave me a fabulous facial afterwards, and my skin looks and feels amazing! I would absolutely go back to Skin NV and highly recommend this med spa!

Time to update my first review that commented in 2019. I have been a client ever since then and continue to love this group. They do amazing work, never push products and zero pressure. This was my first visit to Skin NV. It was a recommendation of one of their clients to come here for Botox. I met with Jill and she was amazing. Specifically the technique she used to provide the service. I didn’t feel hardly Anything during the service. I would also like to mention Vanessa, as she was very sweet greeting me and helping.
